No cash payments options, Lossing customers

No cash option for customer payment. Im Lossing some customers who wise to pay by cash. ORDERE only accept payment online no cash payments.
I asked ORDERE to put an banner on my website to say we ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS if customer wise to order over the phone, but they refused to do that, so the website belongs to ORDERE not myself. So when they say "your website" that's misleading, if it's was my website them I can add or delete anything, any banner I want.

Website design very basic, doesn't reflect my business,

I'm getting some orders, but these are my regular customers who used to order through ORDER YOYO when they had access to my Google account. Every time customer search my company name the orders will go through ORDERE now as they have access to my Google account now. Not many new customers

Bill is too hard to read Font size in the bill is TOO small compared to other platforms with the same device.

I have credit card marchant account with ORDERE for a while, then contract is coming to end, they offered me new contract 18 month contract with £1 line rental. But I was naive didn't read the full contract, it turned out it's 48 month contract and £1 for 6 months then £22 per month. They didn't even cancel my old contracts so I'm paying for 2 contract same time.

Cash payments for phone orders are handled directly by the restaurant and are outside the online checkout process. Regarding website content, while the website is branded for your business and used exclusively by you, certain changes must follow platform standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance across all sites.

We acknowledge your comments regarding website design, billing readability, and contract terms. All pricing, contract duration, and rental details are outlined in the signed agreement provided at the time of renewal. However, we recognise that contract clarity is important, and we encourage all clients to review terms carefully. If there is any confusion or concern, this should be raised directly so it can be reviewed by our accounts team.

With respect to marketing and customer acquisition, OrderE does not access or control Google accounts without authorisation, and all traffic and orders are directed to your business website. That said, we understand your expectation around generating new customers and take your feedback seriously.

So far not bad

As a takeaway owner, I’ve found that Order E offers a promising ordering platform and EPOS system. The upfront cost is quite high compared to other platforms, though the monthly subscription isn’t too bad. While signing up, they make big promises, but follow-up support can sometimes feel lacking—some staff seem dismissive once the signup is complete. With more experience and improved ongoing support, they have the potential to become very successful. I’d also suggest offering emails contact for sales, as it would make communication much easier.

The people that set up my account were…

The people that set up my account were very helpful, especially Titon and Mahir, they seem to know the correct way of supporting my small business, throughout the time I have joined OrderE. I would have gave them 5 stars, they just failed me with the worldpay device which I didn't need which was supplied via another colleague, I won't mention any names...unhappy with the time it is taking to sort out, still billing me for that machine even though not used
