I've had nothing but a positive experience with this company and the products. I trust their ethics and sources -- which makes me feel good about not only supporting my health and wellbeing . . . but also supporting the heathy and wellbeing of other people around the planet.

I've tried a lot of Burst and love them all. I frequent some products more than others but what's super consistent across the board is that these products are superior quality to other brands I've tried. Most recently, the maca has been a daily staple and helping me through some menopause symptoms, while the protein powder is helping me amp up my protein intake because I actually WANT to drink this stuff, it's that good.

On topic with protein -- Organic Burst blew me away with their customer service when they sent me two protein powder replacement orders when I didn't receive them on two separate occasions due to theft and delivery service issues (not their fault, but the delivery service could be a bit better IMO). Not only did they promptly help me out, they went above and beyond by consistently checking in with me to see if I received the products and how things were going.

I'm a healthcare professional and I would 110% recommend these products and this company to anyone and everyone!

Everything about Organic Burst is amazing!! The quality of the products is exceptional, especially their matcha! I've tried many brands of matcha and none even come close to Organic Burst for the smoothness, fineness, taste, the feeling from drinking it! It's a pure hug in a mug!! I also love Organic Burst's spirulina, wheatgrass, magnesium and proper cinnamon- which is difficult to find anywhere else! On top of their great quality products is their excellent customer service. I always receive quick responses to enquiries, super friendly and lovely staff and helpful emails with valuable information! 10 out of 10 all round!

I have been taking organic burst chorella and spirulina for couple of years now and have noticed huge positive differences with my hair/ skin especially. The team are great and get back to you almost immediately with any questions. Brilliant.

I purchased product from Organic Burst on June 28th. I received an email that my ordered had been delivered by USPS. What I did receive was the wrong package, it was a shirt and a totally different address. I reached out on the 8th and was communicating with Celestine, I explained that the package I did receive from USPS was not correct, I sent her a photo and she said that she could see it was not the correct package and my order was still in process to be delivered. On July 14th I reached out to Organic Burst again and explained that I still had not received my order and a nutritionist emailed me back and said someone would be in touch with me, and no one contacted me. When I reached out to them again today, they are saying that ordered was delivered. This is so frustrating, you cannot talk to a live person. I'm so disappointed. I was excited to use the product.

Organic Burst has been life changing! I have consistently been taking a regiment of vitamins daily for almost 4 years now. I have noticed such a change for the better in my skin, hair, gut health, sleep, energy, and just daily benefits from Organic Burst. I have been taking organic burst magnesium, maca, Spirulina, ashwagandha, chlorella, and plant protein powder for 4 months. I have been sleeping so much better, my hair is getting longer and thicker, I have much more energy. These products have really been helping my skin and I feel so much better. I have been using Organic Bursts for years and they are all truly in a league of their own. The quality of their Bursts is unmatched and I've tried plenty of other brands. I've definitely noticed a difference in my daily energy levels using the Matcha, Maca, and Spirulina daily. Usually, I hit a slump by mid afternoon, but these have really helped me power through my day. Plus, they are easy to swallow and don't leave a bad aftertaste. For immune support I started taking Chorella. I’ve been taking it consistently for years and it has kept me feeling regular. The ingredients are clean without fillers, and I love that it doesn't upset my stomach like other brands I've tried. My nails are much stronger and aren't peeling anymore. My hair is much thicker and healthier. These are great products and you will feel them if you just remember that consistency is the key. You have to give it atleast 3-6 months to see and feel results. I will never use another product. I absolutely love Organic Bursts! The quality of their organic ingredients is unmatched. Clean, transparent, and effective. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their health routine.

Fake "caring" image—took my money, did not deliver the good, zero apologies and just ghosted me. Don't fall for the wholesome, aesthetic persona Organic Burst uses online. I ordered their Bundle and their Cinnamon, but they hid stock issues and completely ghosted my customer service emails when I asked for an update. When you buy from a brand that markets itself as a caring community, you are investing your trust, energy, and excitement into their products. To have them flip a switch, ignore your messages, and treat you like an annoying transaction number feels cold and dismissive. Instead of an apology, they silently dropped an automated refund invoice after two weeks of chasing and no response into my inbox for the missing Maca, breaking up the bundle I actually wanted without asking, but only because I had to threaten bank disputes with them. They get you through the door with "fluffy" marketing, but their actual operations are cold, automated, and incredibly disrespectful to paying customers. Avoid.

I have used the Maca for my libido which hasn’t been great after having 3 kids, and it’s excellent! Really really works :) used lots of the other products too - all seem to be excellent quality

Organic Burst is an extremely trustworthy company making high quality products while playing a positive and important role in the market. They genuinely support sustainable farms from around the world and give them a business network for their produce. A lot of companies hide behind sustainability marketing to make sales, but for Organic Burst sustainability and quality are primary missions. I have always had a good experience with everything I've sourced from them, their Magnesium, Spirulina, and Chlorella, are daily musts for me. They put so much care into sourcing materials that are minimally affected by pesticides or pollutants, and they also deliberately combine certain ingredients, or leverage patented techniques (like cracking of cell walls in their Chlorella) so that the final product is as nutriciously bioavailable as possible - as a pharmacist, I sincerely appreciate that in particular. My skin and body simply love their products, please don't hesitate to give them a try for yourself.

Great quality products and excellent customer service

I started taking this for a month now, after seeing so much about them across social media platforms. I was after something to help with my hairless, pcos lacknof sleep and bloating. My first purchase was spirulina and chorella. I did get some headaches and was getting hairless slightly more. I spoke to customer service who were fantastic and gave me great advice.
The headaches have now stopped. My sleep pattern is so much better I actually get a solid night sleep. I still have more hair loss than usual but I know this can be down to many factors. My bloating is less. My appetite is better.i have repurchased again this week the same as well as the maca.
Customer service is great and always responsive.
I have the powder and struggled slightly with taking it in just water. Soni now have it with no problems with coconut water or pineapple juice.

Fantastic quality products.

This would of got a zero but it would not allow me to do it. I have come on here to warn others about the Organic Burst. I am not surprised to see all these other negative reviews. I first took this a month ago and every thing was fine I purchased a second bag and started taking it again the first time I was sick and felt really unwell with a headache but did not really point it to the outburst even though it happened about a hour of taking. So I left it for a week then commenced taking it again this time I was violently sick for 3 hours followed by intense diarrhoea strong cramping pains and was in bed all day absolutely feeling awful I then had to take the next 4 days off work. I knew then 💯 that it was the outburst as these symptoms again started a hour after taking. I thought maybe it was because my stomach was sensitive? But thought I am never taking this again. My husband has taken some today and has EXACTLY the same symptoms as me violently sick headache diarrhoea and is ill in bed as I write this review. I cannot believe that this is still being sold with all these reviews on here with people getting the same symptoms!!! If a elderly person took this I believe it would kill them as the symptoms are so violently strong. I think the organic outburst is contaminated. I have kept the packet and I am strongly considering sending it off for analysis.

First time I took it , i fell ill within 2 hours

Noone took it for about 2 weeks.

Then i attempted a 2nd dose while being completely recovered and well . Exactly same reaction within one hour , same symptoms , same reaction.

Noone touched the pouch contents for a few weeks

Then my husband decided to try pouch for FIRST TIME. No present illness. Then within 2 hours , severe reaction , vomiting etc ..

3 doses were consumed at 3 separate intervals with NO prior illness from 2 separate people.

The odds of that being an illness occurring over those extended time periods, exactly same symptoms appearing within hours of taking it are EXTREMELY LOW

You have made a incorrect , biased assumption

The ethical response would have been to call me and find out the exact sequence of events and details . Then make an investigation

Instead you all had a 'meeting' without finding out any other information from me , and formed an incorrect , biased assumption about myself and my husband.
I will be getting the contents of the pouch tested and will be in touch.

I’ve been taking supplements by Organic Burst for 15 years. This is the longest I’ve stayed with any brand, because their quality never changed and they meticulously test every new product they launch. Unfortunately, it makes us the customers wait for years for their new products, but it’s totally worth it. Their matcha is the best quality I’ve ever tried, and I sometimes buy from other brands to test and compare. Just try it yourself - the color, the bright taste and the smooth energy effect you get from their matcha is hard to beat. Other products I use on the regular basis are Maca in capsules (helps tremendously with my hormonal issues due to PCOS), Cocoa powder (I use in cooking and for antioxidant properties), Chlorella (for detox, I use intermittently).

I have some major issues with the trustworthiness and credibility of this company. I reached out to them at the end of last year, asking for a COA (certificate of analysis) on their "organic" spirulina product. They claim to be organic, they claim to be high quality, and they claim to be third party lab tested. On their website, they even try to call out other companies for not following their standards. However, they refused to provide the data to back up what they claim. They came up with a sly excuse that they did not yet have a document they could share with the public and the entire lab report was too large and had too much information that would not make sense to the consumer. If you don't have anything to hide, you need to share all the information. Furthermore, if you have been in business for 12+ years, it is unacceptable to not have this documentation showing what I, my pregnancy wife, and my unborn child are putting into our bodies. I am scared for my pregnant wife to take this product as it could have high levels of lead or arsenic for all I know. Your companies slothfulness to produce this information and for lack of better term, beating around the bush and simply being clandestine with unusual excuses, portrays a suspicious picture. My word of advice would be to publish a complete COA on your Website for each product and my warning to consumers reading this message is DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNLESS THE COMPANY PUBLISHES THEIR COA. WITHOUT IT YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE REALLY INGESTING. NO MATTER WHAT EXCUSE THEY GIVE IN THEIR REPLIES BELOW, DO NOT TRUST UNTIL YOU SEE THE DATA. IF YOU DO NOT SEE IT PUBLISHED ON THEIR WEBSITE, EMAIL THEM AND ASK FOR THE FULL COA REPORT.
