Jess, who dealt with my queries, was exceptionally helpful. Firstly, I was concerned when two of the emails related to the sale of a Ranger Crossbody, which I bought recently,showed an incomplete address for delivery. Secondly, I did not receive the advertised 10% discount on this purchase, which was my first order.
Jess dealt with both queries promtly and efficiently. After an exchange of emails, I was reassured that my full address would be used for delivery and that I would receive a refund for the missed 10% off. The bag has arrived and it's exactly as I imagined it, and the refund followed shorly.
Everything was completed in only four days over a weekend.
Thank you so much to Jess who is an amazing asset to the customer care team.

Ordered a set of 2 cushions of Amazon with the brand , advertised as a set of 2 with a picture of two, and the delivery was for 1 cushions with invoice for one. The customer service at Amazon was very professional and contacted Orla Kiely not once but twice the resolve the issue and two weeks later I still didn’t receive the full order. I acknowledge that a mistake can be made when placing your add in Amazon and the intended 1 cushion sale turns into 2, but when this happens you should accept responsibility for the mistake and deliver what was promised in the transaction.

Orla Kiely has great handbags and excellent customer service! I ordered a shoulder bag online and when it arrived, the placement of the print was different than the photos. This is understandable, as that's what happens with prints/fabric. However, I had really wanted it to be a certain way and was being particular. I reached out to customer service, and step-by-step, they walked me through getting the bag exactly the way I wanted it and returning the one I had. Jess was the representative that helped me. She was amazing!

I ordered a set of the Sycamore dishes and I am extremely happy with them.
They look stylish and are very well made. The side plates and dinner plates have a lovely rim so things don’t slide off them and they stack really well. The pasta bowls are my favourite - they are just my style. I like the handles on the cereal bowls - very comfortable to hold.
There was an issue with the order - the courier lost the second package. I couldn’t fault the customer service agent who dealt with this. Communication was excellent with daily updates regarding what was happening. Jess was very supportive and helpful dealing with a difficult situation - thank you.
This is not my first order and I have always had a very good experience dealing with this company and I know I will continue to do so.

I didn’t know how much I’d love my scribble stem duck egg duvet cover which I walk by on numerous occasions during the day. I just love looking at it and sleeping under it ♥️

I am a first time buyer of an Orla Kiely product. I was looking for a pretty, larger size crossbody/ shoulder bag that would be easy to take when I am shopping. I had been looking everywhere for just the right bag and came across Orla Kiely products. I found the perfect beautiful bag and a matching change purse. Shipping was very fast but I needed to contact Customer Service for an issue and was so pleased with the way I was treated. Customer Service was quick to respond, friendly and helpful and my issue was quickly and happily resolved. Orla Kiely is a wonderful company to deal with and their products are top notch. I will be shopping with them again.

As an artist I love Orla Kiely, her story and design, and collections. Unfortunately I do not have enough budget to buy all I like, but I have couple bags which I like a lot. I was very pleased how fast and kind they changed a broken bag’s belt for me. I got my favourite travel small bag with me now.

The customer care was excellent organising a discount refund for me when I pressed order too soon and missed out on a key worker discount. Brilliant thank you. All sorted within 2 hours. Impressive!

Firstly my handbag is amazing and really good quality, but the strap broke a year later. I contacted customer services and without question they dispatched a new strap. This for me is a true representation of what customer services are and other companies could do well to follow Orla Kiely's example!

Be aware Orka kiely use Green fulfilment Ltd. Paid a high delivery charge of £4.95 for a hobbo bag...delivery is extremely slow. Then got a message from Evri to say my parcel had arrived damaged beyond repair and to contact Green fulfilment Ltd to arrange a refund. I ordered through Orla Kiely this is a mess!
How was my bag packaged to arrive like that?
Avoid! dreadful service all round and a pain to sort out a refund including postage.

It’s now February and my orders again taking ages to arrive despite saying “despatched” …… then crickets. More delays it seems for my latest orders now at 2 weeks; I am not sure they will arrive at all. I also had to chase a refund in late January after nearly two weeks of silence as well. Some of my emails to customer services have been ignored, and there’s no telephone number. Dear Orla, appreciate your beautiful designs …… but this is too stressful.

I ordered a bag from Orla Kiely, but after 10 days it still hadn’t arrived and I was informed that the package was lost. This was disappointing, as I didn’t expect this from such a well-known brand. The refund was offered by the company and processed quickly.
Although I was sad at first because I was really excited about the bag, it arrived unexpectedly later on, even though I hadn’t paid anything for it.
Many thanks to the customer service team, especially Jess, for their support. I hope to have better shopping experiences with Orla Kiely in the future.

I placed my order on the 9th of January 2026 and have still not received my order. I have been in touch with customer services via email nine times of which each time I have had to wait between 24 and 48 hours for a reply even after leaving my phone number and asking them to call me.
Their replies have been that the parcel has been sent. The parcel has been received. The parcel has been lost. They asked me last Wednesday if I still wanted the parcel and I confirmed my address with them and they said DPD were then going to take over the delivery and since then I still have heard nothing this is appalling service

Firstly, the products (in this case a handbag) are lovely, but their customer service is amazing.
I had ordered the wrong size as a gift and needed to arrange a return, but things got complicated with currency and location (all of which was on me and my travels, not Orla K).
The great news was that their customer service team—huge shout out to Jess—were open, informative, patient, and above all, really helpful: some of the best I've experienced on line.
Nice company to deal with!
