Fun gift idea!
Really cute ornament with artistic looking names/date added to it. It was exactly what I was hoping to receive! Priority shipping was fast with the ornament well wrapped to prevent damage. The only thing that might have been nice would be to include a little gift pouch like one of their competitors does...
All in all, very pleased and I would order from them again.

Disappointed with store manager and company
The ladies working in the Huntsville store are very helpful. The manager and company policies towards their flier/coupons is ridiculous. They advertise 20% off for visiting their website, but don’t have all their products online and won’t honor any kind of discount in the store. No military veteran discount either. And the store manager didn’t think it worth talking to a customer to explain. I purchased, and tipped the ladies working - but not likely to happen again! When you publish and distribute a coupon, you should try to honor it and help your potential customers benefit from it - that’s called customer service.

I am sorry that you were not happy with our flyer. It does state that it is for the website only. We are seasonal and all our decor is in the locations not on the website.
