TOTAL SKAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE ALSO LIARS THEY DO NOT OFFER 100% REFUND. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. MY MOTHER ORDERED FROM THEM AND THEY WON'T REPLY TO EMAILS RE RETURN AND REFUND. AGAIN ANOTHER COMPANY POSING AS A UK COMPANY BUT ACTUALLY IN CHINA !!!!!!!

Very poor quality footwear...nothing like what described...just wish I'd seen reviews before ordering...and trying to contact company....says unavailable...total crap..waste of £30

Quality of product is very very poor no support for feet.. uncomfortable and cheap.When asked for refund only 20% given and coupon for 50% off next product to buy more rubbish!. Full refund given if I pay 27 euros to return product .Do not buy product not as advertised

I ordered shoes the beginning of end of January beginning of February and I have not received my shoes yet. Emailed them several times no response and now the tracking number is no longer available. But they have sent emails asking how did the do. Horrible

Please do not use this ortho wear, I ordered 2xpair of shoes beginning of January I haven’t received them yet, I emailed many times same response and the reply very rude. I normally check the reviews but,I didn’t check with this company, when I ordered I originally thought it was uk company, honestly it’s really hard to deal with them please don’t choose this company it is scam.

Total total scam - wish I’d read the reviews before buying.
Absolute no idea they were from China until it took three weeks for delivery. I wouldn’t have even paid £5 for the cheap shoes that cost me £30.
They don’t fit and also so far from being orthopaedic it’s untrue.
You have to return to China at your own cost to even get a refund.
I’m normally so careful when I buy things, but literally I have been scammed.

I have never received them after calling still no shoes. I had went thru after pay. They did not nothing as the shoe co but did take the money

Size is at least two sizes too small despite ordering a size larger. Their return policy requires you to pay to return to China. Their reviews are obviously fake.
I have put this down to a bad experience, I should have checked on here first. Lesson learnt

I got fooled. Fake reviews on website. Ridiculous design that arthritic hands struggled to pull on. Cheap materials. I could go on. I think we should charge 75% tariff!!

Ordered a size bigger than usual so I could wear thick socks. Struggling to put them on with no socks!!They're narrow with no support whatsoever and hardly any grip on the sole. Don't know how they can describe these as orthopaedic.

Absolute scam, DO NOT order! I ordered a 40 and they are at least 2 sizes too small, the customer service is non existent & you have to pay for a return at your own cost! I sent pics of 2 other brand trainers to the supplier which were a good 1 1/2 - 2” longer, they still said they were correctly sized!!!

1000% SCAM!!!! Order a size UK6 was more like a UK5. Came in a cheap plastic envelope, no shoebox, no invoice, no nothing. The shoes are beyond disgracefully cheaply made! I've ordered much better quality from Wish for €6 & these shoes were €45!!! The soles are cheap plastic you would break your neck in, the insoles have NO ORTHOPEDICS AT ALL!! They were shipped directly from China & NOT the UK where they are apparently operating their website from!!! I

I ordered a size 6 they are lucky to be a 4 . Cant return, stay away very poor quality

This is a scam. Will be reporting them to the federal consumer protection bureau.

Bij Aliexpres de zelfde slippers voor €6,- per paar.
Heb nu al 3x een mail gestuurd om ze te retourneren maar krijg geen antwoord.
Op hun site mooie verhalen van binnen 24 uur reactie, maar totale stilte.

Dus koop hier niks want je wordt opgelicht .

They do not say the shoes have to be returned to China at your cost, € 55! Size is not correct, maybe only for small feet.Material inferior. Company is not available, tried on several mailadresses. This was the first and last time I will buy Orthowear stuff.

I rarely write reviews, but I will for superior experiences or dismal experiences. This is unfortunately the latter.
This company was easy to contact but did not want to accept the return, claiming to be a “zero waste company.” I explained it to the woman that the shoes were brand new, never worn, but she told me that they would be discarded anyway. Realizing that I would have to pay return shipping, I accepted their offer for a 30% refund and I’ll just try to sell them online. I’m a nurse on my feet for 12 hours. There’s no way my feet could last that long in these shoes. They do not provide enough support for my specific needs. In the end, I feel this was probably a scam. Hopefully I can warn others before they give money to this company. There is absolutely NO 45 day risk-free guarantee. They will gouge you on price and shipping. Beware.
