They do not say the shoes have to be returned to China at your cost, € 55! Size is not correct, maybe only for small feet.Material inferior. Company is not available, tried on several mailadresses. This was the first and last time I will buy Orthowear stuff.

I rarely write reviews, but I will for superior experiences or dismal experiences. This is unfortunately the latter.
This company was easy to contact but did not want to accept the return, claiming to be a “zero waste company.” I explained it to the woman that the shoes were brand new, never worn, but she told me that they would be discarded anyway. Realizing that I would have to pay return shipping, I accepted their offer for a 30% refund and I’ll just try to sell them online. I’m a nurse on my feet for 12 hours. There’s no way my feet could last that long in these shoes. They do not provide enough support for my specific needs. In the end, I feel this was probably a scam. Hopefully I can warn others before they give money to this company. There is absolutely NO 45 day risk-free guarantee. They will gouge you on price and shipping. Beware.

Cannot imagine now these shoes can be called orthopaedic! They are difficult to put on as the sock curls under and the heel is floppy. There is virtually no padding in the sole and they are cold.

Er ging zoveel mis. Teveel om op te schrijven. Een paar laarzen 3 maten te klein. Het andere paar echt heel slecht materiaal. Zogenaamd afgeprijsde schoenen van € 100 voor €69 .speciale breedtemaat. Klopte echt niets van. Zag later precies dezelfde schoenen bij Temu voor € 17, 27. Veel te smal Terugsturen geen optie. Dan krijg je een adres in China dat ze zelf ook eerst niet konden vinden. En eerst de aanbieding om het product te houden en dan een volgende product voor 10% minder te kopen. Daarna zelfs aanbod 15%

These are inferior shoes, plastic defo NOT orthopedic. Awful company to deal with. They're returns policy is rubbish, say you can return but almost as much to return as the inferior, cheap things cost. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute scam!
Cheap quality shoes arrived in an envelope, no box, chemical smell on opening almost knocks you out. While mailed from UK they insist on return to China. Since bank will cover the cost of the item after I’ve followed all the sellers requirements I’ve returned package to China, tracked (£20). Waiting!
29 July - After watching return tracked package slowly reach return address, and convincing them the package was delivered and waiting for pickup, I have indeed finally received my refund! Since cost of tracked mail was two thirds of cost of shoes, I end up only £22 out of pocket, instead of £30! Could have been worse?!
Save your time and money!

When you order these shoes says full refund available upon returned item, does not say they have to be returned to China at your cost. Company is not available now on any of their links. Stay away from them.

This is a fake website. They will take your money and not ship your shoes. They are doing identity theft as well.
