An absolutely superb family-run small business bringing us unique goodies from Japan which would ordinarily cost a bomb in postage and customs. No matter how busy they are, the customer service is always top notch. Happy return customer!

I was so excited to receive my order but after 9 working days there is no sign of my item being dispatched and no response from the suggested email address given to query items which I contacted to ask if there was a dispatch date for my item.

Without a doubt, one of the best shops in Norwich for everything anime / Japan based.

Made my first visit yesterday. I bought a goomy plush, an "airfix" Groudon (which I had actually seen in an instagram reel a few months back) and I had to get gacha.
The gentleman and lady manning the shop were friendly and polite. Their product knowledge was excellent too! The shop itself is very presentable and has so much stuff in it. Everything is authentic and I think the prices are very reasonable with all things considered and anyone that knows how hard and expensive it can be to get Japanese stuff imported won't complain about the prices.
Honestly the best shop for any Anime/Kawaii fans that are looking for Japanese authenticity!
I'll definitely be returning in the near future!

An amazing store! On the pricier side, but not unreasonable considering everything is official Japanese products. I’ve bought from their Norwich shop twice now and I’ll be back many more times! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, great vibes in the whole store ♡

Though I mostly buy gachapon (capsule toys), it is always a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to what future gachapon they get in stock.
