Pre ordered item was about 3 weeks late based on the payment date but arrived on time just before Christmas as promised. Good communication via email and questions answered quickly.

I really wanted this figure and was very pleased to pre-order from Oshoppu. My pre-order came earlier than the expected date and arrived in perfect condition, wrapped in pink tissue paper with a cute card inside. 10/10 will order again.

Seeing the negative review I felt…
Seeing the negative review I felt compelled to tell my story about what happened when something went wrong. We have ordered countless times from Oshoppu and it has always been a pleasure. On one occasion they accidentally sent the wrong item (which was actually more expensive than what was ordered). I contacted them directly and they were fantastic. The correct plush was immediately sent out and arrangements were being made to return the wrong item at no cost to me. However we had fallen in love with the other plush too so asked if we could pay for it and keep it. Luckily no-one else was waiting for it so we could and Oshoppu even refused to take the full amount so we got a very generous discount, refunded postage and two adorable plushies! Mistakes can happen but how a company handles them is telling. Oshoppu quickly rectified their mistake all while being professional, kind, helpful and generous. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I adore ordering from this shop
I adore ordering from this shop, have done several times and will continue to come back and get kawaii goods that I can't easily get for a reasonable price anywhere else in the UK. I got an Usahana plushie here last time I ordered that was like double the price anywhere else to import from Japan. Don't hesitate to order here, they're one of the good ones!

Customer misunderstood listing which was for a single item. PayPal suggested customer return the items as a solution to their issue, shipping label was outside of my control. Never had this issue before with thousands of sales of Gachapon and it’s a shame the customer didn’t feel the need to contact us directly and has only done so via PayPal and trustpilot.

Good shipping and it arrived safely. The only problem I had was when one of my items was out of stock I was just refunded and not contacted. I would have chosen something else if given the option but would have liked an email that it was out of stock at lease

Not very efficient
It took nigh on two weeks to receive my order despite living in the same country, I sent two emails which weren't acknowledged let alone answered, and when I did manage to bring up an issue over Instagram, there was no satisfactory resolution offered

Your order was sent within our dispatch time of 7 working days, your email was responded to with a dispatch notification with full tracking details from Royal Mail within our stated response time of 48 hours. We mention in numerous places that this shop is currently run by one person and we also include shipping times in the confirmation email which is sent after you place an order. Our shipping times are currently this length to manage our extremely busy shop. We are taking steps to improve this and are also transparent about this via the instagram profile you visited.
I responded to your instagram message promptly and was unable to resolve as you ordered a blind picked item which was never promised as a complete set. We are unable to offer specific items for this as we don't always have a set amount of each figure. When you asked if you could have a replacement, I explained that this wasn't possible as it wasn't in stock. This item wasn't eligible for a refund either as you received it as part of a buy 5 get one free offer.

Fantastic shop
