Pre ordered item was about 3 weeks late based on the payment date but arrived on time just before Christmas as promised. Good communication via email and questions answered quickly.

Perfect store for kawaii lovers
Great variety selection of kawaii, video game and anime goods straight from Japan at good prices. I ordered two of the Pokemon quick models and couldn't be happier, quick service and everything in perfect condition. The website is also well-designed and easy to use/access. I'd recommend:)

One of my all time favourite shops!!
One of my all time favourite shops!!! I have done so many orders from here, for stationary, gachapon, presents, and more. The seller is lovely and there’s always something new to look forward to on their website. My parcels have always arrived quickly and are wrapped up so nice. I hope this shop continues to grow and I can’t wait to see all the things they get in this year <3

Lovely products, great service!
I ordered a bunch of random anime items for a birthday gift. Everything arrived quickly and was really nicely packaged up, I almost with I'd just let my partner open the box as they presented them better than me! She has since ordered some more items for herself and had an equally good experience - there was even a small issue with one of the products that they quickly resolved and even sent a little bonus gift. I'm sure we'll be placing more orders soo

Such a wonderful array of treats and kawaii treasures. Always packed so beautifully and they always go out of there way to make every purchase super special. The Japanese treats are also amazing and I really appreciate the ingredients have all been translated into English. 5 stars all round, thank you!

A great find!
Found the shop via Instagram while looking for a specific Pokémon plush. They have a lovely range of imported merch, and at good prices too. Shipped via 48 from within the UK, so I got my parcel quickly. Very happy! Everything was wrapped beautifully. Will look forward to purchasing more.
