I wish i could give 0 ⭐❌ abouslty joke of a company come to hotel & there's no reservation even tho I've paid in the UK. I've come to Turkey with 2 babies & a soon as I walked into hotel my worst nightmare started. Plz avoid company at every cost as its ruined my hole hotel

Yorumlamalarda sıkıntı var. Tesisi önermiyorum u işaretlediğim halde öneriyor olarak gösteriyor ve Chat supporta irtibata geçtiğimde ilk iletileceğini ikincisinde mail adresi üzerinde irtibata geçmemi söylediler. Siz bir Platform olarak değerlendirmeleri en üst düzeyde tutmalısınız, ve kendiniz bu işin peşinde olmalısınız - müşteri değil. Sonuçta Tesis rezervasyonunu çoğu kişi değerlendirmeye göre yapıyor. Ben teyit etmesem (2,3 kez) değerlendirmem ne durumda diye, bir başkası öneriyor olarak görüp belkide rezervasyonu Yapacak. Genel olarak bakıldığında birkaç kişide Tesis değerlendirmesi bu şekilde yansırsa, genel değerlendirmede farklı bir tablo ortaya çıkar ve müşterinin tercihini doğrudan etkiler. O yüzden Otelz.com yi bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim!

very bad. 1 star is too much
If i can give zero then i will give it. My booking was payed for 2 weeks. At the hotel they could not find a reservation. Otelz didnt give the information en when the hotel tried to contact them they didnt response. They also didnt response at my calls and Messages.
I am really pissed off!!!!! I have payd almost €3000,-

Reservation 2679374. I booked hotel Citrus Park, Konyaalti for 1 night through otelz.com. Sadly, there was no hot water, more than that on ground floor right next to my room there were pipe leak works, and for approximately 3 hours there were no water at all. I contacted otelz.com by contact form on their webisite twice about compensation - no answer from otelz.com. Then I asked administrator in next hotel to call otelz com number, it was hard for otelz to find English- speaking support, they promised to call back, but never did. It was first and last time I used otelz. It turned out that otelz.com is strictly for turkish people with turkish phone number, otherwise there is no way to contact them in case of troubles. Very bad service, otelz is simply ignoring you!
