OTTO Quotes Avis 

Just saw a YouTube ad and reminded me about the experience I had a couple years ago. Unfortunately their ads are very misleading when advertising a cost per month insurance policy for a young 20 year old driver. In one of their ads it shows what seems to be a young teenager paying 23 dollars a month for car insurance. This is just not the case, it is an example of false advertising. I am aware they are only a comparison service but this methodology of advertisement is untrue and can be very misleading.

$&/t! There needs to be a zero rating. These jerks take your info and sell it. You’ll receive hundreds of calls from misc entities. DO NOT use this comparison service.

Waste of time and they sale your information.

Scam! Do not fall for it. As soon as I attempted to get a quote I was bombarded with 20 phone calls that I did NOT authorize. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, to make it worse the phone calls have not stopped days later and there is no true way to view a quote online, every phone call takes ALL of you ur info over again. This is a joke.

Garbage company, absolutely worthless..if you are looking to simply save on auto insurance and get some online quotes this is not the company for you. If you want to be immediately harassed with a trillion phone calls before you even finish the form from everyone and their mamma and text messages then these guys are it! Have fun with that! And if for some reason you get decide to call into their “customer service” to let’s say have your info removed from their data base, good luck with that! The first girl mumbled some generic script to me, and hung up without asking me any of my information so how the heck is she planning on removing my info from their data base without my info the next lady precedes to tell me she assumed it was for the number I dialed from, and that she was probably sensing my energy. I’m sorry, what? Not true, how would she have known, didn’t know e everyone in this company reads minds and are psychic, but if it was true, since when does that give someone in a customer service position the right to assume my information, had she even attempted to actually do what I requested her to do she would of known that my phone number the one I called from should not even be on their database, it’s my work number. So she didn’t even intend to do what I requested…the Second Lady precedes to lecture me about how I should and shouldn’t approach situations, and basically how I need to check my frustration with the company she is getting paid to represent and take calls from both happy and unhappy customers at the door, and I don’t know perhaps take some tranquilizer or smoke so illicit drug to mask a normal human response to being blown up then blown off and finally talked to like some toddler in preschool by someone my age or younger who is supposed to be trying to deescalate, but instead chose to antagonize and be condescending to me! Again, NEVER AGAIN!

Waste of time , Looking for Quotes from OTTO, Applied Many times with personal information , No Qoutes Yet

Used their quote website, never got a call for insurance but instead now get dozens of spam text messages and calls daily now. They definitely sell your personal information to scammers or their system is compromised.

I recently contacted OTTO Insurance to inquire about their car insurance rates. The rates were unreasonably high, so I decided not to purchase a policy. However, I soon realized that OTTO was nothing but a scam.

The first red flag was when I started receiving calls and emails from other insurance companies. These companies were all offering me lower rates than OTTO. I realized that OTTO had sold my information to these companies.
I tried to contact OTTO to request that they stop contacting me, but they were unresponsive. I eventually had to block their email address and phone number.
I would strongly recommend that you avoid OTTO Insurance. They are a scam company that will sell your information to other companies.

This is a scam- it literally just sends you a ton of shady companies where you have to fill in your info over and over. Then these companies constantly harass you via email and phone. Otto is a middleman trying to get kickbacks. Commercial is misleading. False advertising.

Not only did they spam my phone number to everyone and their brother they sold or gave my email too so many spam emails in the last month can't even begin to count and pay no attention to that lame ass apology they responded to this website.Just a smoke up you butt move

Yeah this company takes your information and gives it to all these insurance companies. And they claim on Instagram that you're going to get this low rate. But they just give your information to Major insurance companies who are all expensive and so don't waste your time.

Was a little hesitant but pleasantly surprised , I did save on my new auto rate with Otto — ya the calls came in but they got me a better deal so it worked out fine

Our insurance went up out of nowhere. I had heard about OTTO and decided to give them a try. They were great and we were able to save money on a monthly basis.

I used Otto to look into auto insurance, I wasn’t sure why my rate was suddenly increased. Otto was able to help me! It was so easy to use and it saved me! You receive some phone calls but it was worth it as I wanted more options. Highly recommend using Otto if you are having issues with increased rates like me!

Saw an ad and clicked through my auto went up so I needed to get a new rate , Otto was able to match me with a cheaper rate. Will be using again!

The agent was very understanding and easy to work with. I had Nationwide for 25 years and my rates kept going up even though I had no claims and maybe two traffic tickets in that time. I started calling different insurance companies and they were all around the same price, maybe $5 to $10 difference. Not enough to change. Then I called OTTO, and glad I did. I got the same coverage on my house and truck. But the difference was, it saved me around $130 a month. The agent made the process easy and he was clear with answers to my questions.

Big mistake,
I filled out the questionnaire just to get a quote and next morning a got like 25 calls from insurance companies and they still call me and text me everyday. Can not get rid of them now.
