Our Helpful Hands Avis

From start to finish the guys at Our Helpful Hands were a pleasure to deal with. They completed a house clearance from my mums cluttered, messy and dirty home after she moved to a nursing home. It was a big job and access was not easy. They kept me up to date of their progress at all times and were very respectful and professional. The price they quoted for the removal and recycling of the old furniture, books, stair lift and general clutter was competitive and reasonable. I would recommend these guys for sure.

I recently used Our Helpful Hands for rubbish removal, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They handled everything with care and ensured the process was hassle-free for me.

What stood out the most was their attention to detail and punctuality. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the area spotless. Whether it was clearing garden waste or household rubbish, they handled it all with expertise.

Their customer service is excellent—they were easy to communicate with and very responsive to my questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy rubbish removal company, I highly recommend Our Helpful Hands. They make a typically stressful task feel effortless!

I was impressed with the excellent work of Christian and Tony today!

They were a great team and went over and above our expectations.

The job was a bit bigger than we all initially estimated and they made it work regardless of time.

No fuss, just dedicated, hard working professionals with good humour and good organisation skills.

Some items removed were personal to us and thet were completely understanding and patient.

As repeat customers we are more than happy to continue to highly recommend them and Our Helping Hands Ltd.

Swift and hassle free service.

They are super fast in both, pick up and customer service. Straight to the point.

I sent my furnitures to be picked up via online form with a photo, within 5’ I received a quote. Then we spoke on the phone for time and date of pick up. They were on time, and removed the items. Friendly handy men!

Strongly recommend.

Needed assistance immediately, ‘our helpful hands’ were here the same afternoon I enquired.

Personable, efficient and got the job done with little fuss. From start to finish the experience was amazing.
