Our Helpful Hands Avis

Very efficient service! We received a quote on a Sunday within 5 minutes of emailing and our things were promptly collected on Monday - thank you!

Our Helping Hands Ltd picked up some furniture for recycling from us. The company were quick in coming back with a quote and arranging a quick delivery. They gave us a two hour time slot for pick up when we booked; provided us with a 30 minute time slot on the day; and sent us a text when the drivers were on their way. The two guys who came were helpful, efficient and respectful and completed the job in about 15 minutes. I would definitely use the company again.

Really great service, the guys are very helpful. We've used before and will definitely use again. Thanks

The crew were very reliable and courteous. They helped me remove 2 large glass panes (from a plumbing project) and a broken radiator.

Arrived promptly, very polite and helpful. Cleared the garage quickly. Would definitely use again, thanks.

Very easy process
Good communication, punctual, polite team who moved everything smoothly and quickly.
Recommended!

Very good and quick service. Friendly team. And great customer service.

The second time I’ve used Our helpful hands and they continue to be great. Communicative, respectful of the house (insisting on taking off their shoes because they’d been at the tip) and fast. I always use and recommend them.

Our Helpful Hands was very professional, cost effective and personable from the moment I made an online enquiry requesting a quote. Simona texted me immediately and was true to her word. Christian arrived on Sunday afternoon, and let me know 30 mins in advance. He was friendly, hardworking and very accommodating. Highly recommend this company.

Quick and efficient service. Sent out a request around 13:30 via Checkatrade and Our Helpful Hands contacted me back within 10 mins. Sent photos of the shed that needed cleared out, received the quote and they came 4 hours later to do the job. Both of the guys were friendly, got to work quickly and delivered exactly what was needed. Fantastic service! Will definitely refer my friends if this service is needed and will be keeping a note of the details for if I need this again in the future!

Excellent service, brilliant guys, thank you so much to Tony and Hris. I would highly recommend your service to friends and family. Brilliant! Thank you so much!

Constant updates, on time, very friendly, quick and efficient.

Excellent service on time and affordable price Tnx very much from old street

What a great service they provide! I needed an urgent clearance of my garage on Sunday. I had contacted more than 10 companies; however, they quoted me quite a high price, and all of them refused to work on Sunday. I was almost reluctant, but I decided to give ‘Our Helpful Hands’ a shot. A receptionist lady replied to me quickly and efficiently, asking about a picture I sent of what they were dealing with. She immediately sent me a quote, which was amazingly reasonable compared to other companies, with absolutely no hidden costs! Then, three boys came to work a few hours later. They were all friendly and competent in what they do! They finished it super quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I highly recommend these workers; you would never regret it! And thanks a lot to you guys! X

Brilliant staff, excellent and concise over the phone, the work guys were respectful helpful and cleaned up after they removed my item which is large and cumbersome. Difficult to move. Excellent customer service ask for more

Don't hesitate, hire Our helping hands if you want a stress free way of disposing of your items. Everyone was friendly, honest and informative. No nasty surprises only pleasant ones.

Scheduled the removal of the contents of an entire kitchen which included super heavy appliances and cabinetry- ALL of which needed to be carried down 4 flights of stairs!
The team were incredibly professional, punctual, abided by all building regs (no matter how ridiculous they were!) they removed all items in a timely manner and left the apartment completely spotless. I found this company via Google search and hired them based on the reviews and I’m so glad that I did!!! Efficient from start to finish. I look forwarded to using them again.

My fridge was collected same day, the drivers were in and out in within 5 minutes. Fast and efficient collection, thank you!

Excellent service. Took care of everything I needed, and with a three floor walk up. Very appreciative of the quick and thorough process.

Great service quick and friendly very happy
