Recieved my 3.5kw generator yesterday, service and communication been good to this point, but actual delivery was very poor, particularly of the packaging just left on my driveway, box has " this side up" but was left on its end, also box appears damaged like it had been dropped! Yet to use product but not happy at all with the delivery of the item

Product arrived very quickly and is exactly as advertised.

The Christmas lights I purchased were unique, very well priced and so lovely we bought more the same day. One of the plastic connectors was missing on a light and the customer service was fabulous. Fast, friendly and helpful. Big recommend

When I rang to inquire about a generator I was speaking to Mike and was explained and set in the right direction as to what size generator to chose as I had no idea , and after speaking to Mike it was clear thanks to Mike.

Outbax staff were extremely helpful but the service was let down by choice of courier who tried to delay shipment to over 2 weeks

Very good and prompt service, once ordered, even on a PH, it was a matter of days before it was at my place in BNE.
As for the generator unit itself, so far I have only just put the oil in unit, later today I will fire it up, after that I can give a better review on how the generator actually performs.

Great product, really good price with on time shipping. Battery was low on charge when arrived but charged rapidly without problem.

The unit arrived safely, well packaged. It came with its own engine oil, and this was easy to install. One part of the rest of the instructions was not able to be followed. It comes with its own Lithium battery and the instructions say it should be fixed to the handle of the generator. This is not physically possible, so I had to put it elsewhere. The recoil starter and the Engine Start switch were both used, and worked perfectly. I put a load on one of the AC outlet plugs, and it worked well. Over all, very happy with the unit.
