I bought two sweater dresses over three weeks ago and I still have not received them. One if the dresses was meant to be a birthday present for my daughter in law but birthday has now passed. It is very annoying.

Buy with caution

If I could give 0 I would brought a crochet society advent calender from. Them and its a joke utter waste of money won't get my money back as it will take to long do not by from them. Now I left a review they have refunded my money in full really would be carefull when buying from the. As what you see is not what you get

I ordered a black trouser & top set

I ordered a black trouser & top set. After 4 weeks it arrived but was pink, not black. I messaged Outdhaven & they said it was my responsibility to pay for return postage for them to replace. I argued they should pay return postage as they sent incorrect colour. No movement from Outdhaven. I opened a case with PayPal who were good. Then Outdhaven messaged that there's no need to return and they will replace with correct colour if I close the PayPal case. I closed the case. 4 weeks later I received the replacement, but again, they sent pink. Can't reopen the case on PayPal so I gotta suck it up.
Will not use again.

Update: I have now been offered a 50% refund, which I accepted.

Good value and coverage

It took a little while to arrive, otherwise it was a good shopping experience.
The product works very well on my very thin and short lashes with the small brush, so I don't get it on eyelids, etc. Worth the wait and good product for the price

I received a jacket I ordered and it…

I received a jacket I ordered and it was nothing like the one advertised. No zip pockets, short and thin supposed to be mid length. I am 5ft tall so it should look longer on me. Thick rabbit fur on the hood. I'm still looking for the fur. Cheap rubbish. The sleeves are supposed to be knitted and mine are cheap nylon. I want to send it back but I have no address to enable me to do that.

Disgraceful

Awful, ordered my outfit weeks ago, still received nothing, emailed to be told problem at customs and replacement sent, then replacement also problems at customs so other replacement sent.
Received nothing and emailed to request refund, my response from emails states email replied to, so no items and no refund, disgraceful.

Ordered an outfit 3 weeks ago and still…

Ordered an outfit 3 weeks ago and still not received. I went on the tracker to find out where my parcel was and a parcel company in Thailand wanted me to pay a £1 for my parcel, which is a complete scam. They want to get your card details so they can take what they want. Be very careful of this company. I wish I'd seen this before I'd ordered.

Be careful of pop up offers

I ordered the interchangeable phone charge cables on an ad that popped up on Facebook. I realised after checkout that the order had somehow switched to one cable and some ear phones. I emailed them straight away to cancel the order and they responded to say that it could be rectified, no problem but tried to make me pay £8 to cover the difference. I sent them a screenshot of the original offer showing that I have paid more than enough for the 5x 2meter cables that I wanted. They agreed to send out the five cables instead of the headphones But when they arrived, they were all 1 m cables which are pretty much useless. They work at the moment so we shall see. When I complain that they were 1 m they agreed to refund me part of my payment. So far this is a good solution but whether they last is another story. 

Update. No they didn’t last. Half of them don’t charge anymore.

Do not buy

Do not buy. Awful quality and took 3 weeks to arrive. The fabric is not the same as shown in videos. I bought a Bardot top and the neck wi not go over my shoulders. Fabric is like paper and not as flowing as the video suggested.

Do not waste your money.
