This company stole my credit card information via instagram please beware!!! DIRTY SCUM THIEVES

Disgraceful...they wont let you return your item. They stall, they refuse to give you a return address. They try making deals, just anything so they dont haven't refund you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DTAY WELL AWAY FROM ANY FB ADVERT WHEN THE ITEMS COME FROM CHINA. YOU CSNT RETURN IT, REFUND WONT BE GIVEN, RETURN ADDRESS WONTBBE GIVEN. BASICALLY YOUR STUFFED.

Wrong order sent and no response to email

Item arrived not as pictures or described.
Have emailed and said will be returning and am now awaiting return address.
Poor quality not to spec

Product was useless did not do as advertised ,requested a refund but kept sending same email that they had replied ,they had not .please be aware this does not seem like a reputable company to me

Company said my order was at my depot, not only did they refuse to deliver it, I had to do an hours drive there and back to collect it for it not to be there because of their poor poor communication they never got hold of yodel when they should of and now are trying to scam me even more and are refusing to refund me. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!

I have only looked at the reviews on here after placing the order and paid for. I was disappointed to see how many negative comments were on here and I said to myself.... ok, too late... have paid for nothing!!
However, I have received both products today that I have ordered and both are perfect! Just as per the advert!
Absolut fab - one of their customer service advisers has been in touch confirming order on its way.... so, yes - personally, I am very happy with the purchase!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering a bag.Its been 3 weeks no contact at all and not able to get any sense out of the headquarters.They may have my.money but I won't fall foul to them again.Dont order from them you either get something that looks nothing like the advertisements or you don't get anything.

I bought a juice portable blender but it not working from the first day of purchase and I don't even know how to report to the company. How I wished I have seen all these reviews before purchasing the item. Am so so disappointed.

I ordered a jumper, quality not what I expected at all. Clever photography on companies part.

The juicer cup i bought does not work. Ive emailed severally to ask for return address, no luck. It looks like they just want to take peoples money.
All i get is some useless Ai reply that says my request has been dealt will....when it hasnt

I want to unsubscribe form thi company's emaila but I can't. I've read and read and I've searched and searched for an unsubscribe button or link.. nothing

I saw, on line, a very practical product, which I purchased.
After a few weeks a fault developed and I contacted Outdhaven. I was given a timescale for a reply and that was met.
After I advised Juliet and Daisy of the problem with the product, I was immediately sent a replacement product.
Excellent service and a good product - cable with two possible input links

I ordered a wallet and it did not arrive. Been given the runaround. Told it’s at my local Post Office but can’t tell me which one. Was meant to be delivered by Evri then told couldn’t deliver and will be redilivered. Then I’m told it’s at my local Post Office. They look like a scam.

Would give no stars but doesn’t let you . Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a jumper if you could call it that !!! Absolutely awful definitely WOULD NOT recommend this website , you would be better putting your money down the drain !!!!

Their clothing is APPALLING. Cheap and tatty nasty nylon jumper which looked great in the photo. AVOID. I am now upgrading to 3 stars as Outdhaven refunded me quickly.

However, the jumper I received is so tatty its indescribable.

Purchased headlamp cleaner. Completely useless , after waiting weeks for it to arrive and numerous emails

iPhone chargers didn’t work. Shame because a good concept of multiple connectors. Wish I’d read the reviews on here first.
