I love the product idea
I love the product idea. But I didn't realise ot had to be wired into the car to keep the time. Also the reversing camer insee needs to be wired in. I'm a 60yo woman who has no idea how to do this so it's just sitting in my room now

Was worried that it may have been a scam but I received the product after a week and half. Put it together myself ( I am 69 year old woman) and had a little play with it. It works well and will use it during the summer. I'm currently in plaster so can't walk yet. Won't have to use my big chainsaw for some things

Warning Warning Warning: Do not purchase anything off this company. There customer service and the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OFF OF THIS COMPANY. You will not receive it and then you will get stuffed around to no end trying to get your money back. Their correspondence is vague and misleading. They are always escalating your job with no result. Again DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OFF OF THIS COMPANY. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal and I am hoping to get a full refund for a Product that I never received. Please find another company for your online purchases do not use this one. Poor service and they cannot supply you with your product. Use this company at your own risk. Shop elsewhere.

not what it seems
after buying a product in good faith from the description on the website it was not as described when I received it. After over 10 emails and platitudes and delaying tactics I was given details of returning the product for a full refund. Tracking details from the Post Office show this item cannot be tracked. The difficulty in receiving a refunds for a product which was not as described has been an absolute waste of money and time. Very disappointed and disgruntled and would not recommend purchasing anything from this company

the garden hose I brought, the connector part to the tap was stolen, i emailed the company about it and they sent me a new one. The sales people were very helpful and quick with their response and solve my problems.

Uselful tool, Assembly istructions useless
Great little tool very handy. Instruction to assemble useless had to pay some one to assemble they also said instructions were useless. Also have been unable to order a new chain.
Once you pay to have the chain installed the toolbox It come is to small so a great little toolbox is wasted nothing but landfill. Despite supplier replies no available chains as links dont work.

Brought a 3-1 lawn mower
Brought a 3-1 lawn mower, I use that word lightly. Unsure how it’s called a lawnmower when it cuts nothing.
The customer service however was incredible. They processed my request and contacted me back pretty much instantly. I’m very devastated that mine didn’t seem to work, hence the one star. However 5⭐️ for customer service communication.
