I bought the Silver Cuban Chain Necklace (5MM) and it honestly exceeded my expectations. It has a solid weight and looks super premium, I've been wearing it daily and it still looks brand new.

Great item, customer service not so great!
I bought a crucifix and chain for my husband and it was lovely. It was really good quality. However the chain was too small and wouldn’t fit around his neck. I have emailed the company 3 times to request an exchange and have had no response. I tried their WhatsApp group but this simply doesn’t exist and just reverts you back to writing an email.
The return instructions ask you to email for a returns form before actually returning. I don’t want to risk sending the item back and then saying them they haven’t received it.
Such a shame as the quality of the item is brilliant.

Poor communication and no care for their customers
Very poor communication from this company. I admittedly made a mistake with my order, by ordering the wrong size, but I then proceeded to do everything I could to contact them less than an hour after my order had been placed. I contacted them via email three times, and Instagram twice, getting no response from them. Then I tried using their ‘live chat’ option on their website which simply doesn’t exist, and they also have no customer service or complaints contact number. Despite trying to contact them numerous times on multiple platforms, I was ignored until eventually I received an email saying ‘We are very sorry but the item has already been processed.’ (Bear in mind this was multiple hours after they first responded to me saying they will look into the issue. I’m being offered no refund or help changing this item despite doing everything in my power to contact them for help. I could not recommend this company less. Please save your money for a company that cares about its customers.

The chain did not look very good send back on the 18/12/25 next day delivery now the date is 21/01/26 and still no refund after messages the company lots of time had to open a case with PayPal who has said they would give me a full refund so please do NOT buy from this company

Beautiful pearl necklace
I’m always at a loss what to get my adult son for Xmas but when he mentioned a man’s pearl necklace I thought he was joking. I’d only ever seen Harry Styles wearing one. I bought one from Outrage and I’m so glad I did. It’s beautiful. The pearls with the silver beads really compliment one another, I got the bracelet to match (but that’s for me ) my son is going to love it. I’ve since seen a few men wearing the pearl necklaces and they look super cool on. The delivery was really quick. Packaged nicely with a greeting card (extra). Would definitely recommend in fact I may treat myself to one after Christmas
