Have been with ETX for 3 years. Very helpful and friendly Support Team. Big shout out to Frank Bennett for all his communication and support. They run a lot of good courses, particularly useful when I was starting out my trading journey. They are well regulated so I feel confident with my Trading Account. Charts are very clear although a little fiddly sometimes when day trading. Overall very happy. Would definitely recommend.

There are no hidden fees or misleading information.
Their trader pro platform, which I am using primarily on my phone, is excellent, easy to navigate.

Broker wise I am really happy with the ease of use their platform and the speed of both adding and withdrawing funds, as well their trade execution both on the Trader Pro platform and their MT4 option.

I have been an active trader with ETX for a number of years and have no complaints so far.
I wish I could say that they were excellent in resolving problems and issues but to be honest I have had nothing that needed resolving!!
I have used a number of other brokers over the years and ETX are certainly one of the best I have encountered

I have been with ETX for a number of years and whilst the industry have gone through changes ETX have been consistent. Their service has been excellent as well as their prices. I find their charting package to be first class offering more features than one can ever use or ask for. Their educational tuition is first class by way of webinars. I would highly recommend ETX to anyone interested in trading from beginner to Pro.

I’m a Veteran Trader.

I have been in the financial markets for over 14 years. In this time I have worked with pretty much every top 10 broker in the UK, how some of them are there is beyond me. Anyways after having a shocking experience with LCG and really stumped I personally approached ETX, I was disheartened by all other brokers and as a final attempt thought I’d give ETX a try. I gave them a list of requirements that I needed. With no headache or drama not only did ETX bend over back wards and get everything ready for me, they did it fast, damn fast. I was used to waiting 5 days for other brokers to get things done, you can imagine what I was going through with ETX when they were getting things done in minutes.

Fast forward to my 5th year I think now working with ETX, has anything ever gone wrong? NO. Have they ever delayed a withdrawal or deposit, NO. Have I ever been in a position we’re I couldn’t talk to anyone NO. Take it from me, I’m willing to meet anybody and prove this and give ETX my full support, over the years I have not bothered working with any other broker anymore because I found a one stop solution here. As a Proffessional account holder and with demanding situations ETX have been nothing short of Perfection. I stand by this statement whole heartedly.

Now part two of my review is on the individual who has made my experience with ETX capital so brilliant. Stephen O’Sullivan. He is my account manager. Understanding, caring, responsive and just all round a fantastic human being. Despite our communication being business he has become a very good friend thru the work. It could be 9pm at night and he’s finished his shift ages before but he will still reply to an email. Anything I ask for he gets it done with no delay. To me he is the biggest credit to the ETX team. That doesn’t mean nobody else is, other staff members like George and Jack etc. There all fantastic and work with the same devotion. I ask for something they get it done in minutes. Stephen has really helped me evolve my strategy, he has openly given me information prior to events that I may have over looked. He rings me almost every day as courtesy to see if I’m Ok. Stephen is the best account manager and point of contact I have ever had in every form of business, there’s not even a close second. It’s not all business which is refreshing. He cares about me as a friend, I always feel confident with him and upmost respect.

As for me, I will never be working with any other broker except ETX. I pray to the Almighty that they never change. They are constantly evolving and 10000% focus on their customer service and relations. They are not shy of asking blunt questions such as improvements to all aspects of their business. They ask us as the customers what do we want and they deliver! Their trader pro platform that I don’t use to be honest I work on MT4, their platform is excellent. Runs flawlessly because my wife uses it. Giving this company feedback isn’t a piece of paper that ends up in a metal storage box. It’s actually direction for them which I absolutely love.

Great support. Really quick. I got distracted making a bank transfer deposit and forgot to put the reference in. I spoke to support and they dealt with it straight away and made sure my deposit landed in my account.

Great telephone support they talk you through anything easy to buy and sell. Cannot fault this Uk platform
