Very quick and efficient both for booking and then executing

Booked oven support to clean my oven. Took day of work, was told on day of appointment that the guys van did not work and I had to rebook. Rebooked, took day off work, on the day was told that he was running late, then told current job had taken too long and traffic was busy, roads were very quiet in Aberdeen that day.
Third appointment and third day off work, appointment 11am. Called Oven Support at 1pm, told guy would be there at 2pm. 3pm, apparently a family emergency and job cancelled again. After 3 cancellations and 3 days lost pay I asked for my money back..... that was 10 days ago, still waiting for my money.

Had a great experience. They were very communicative about when they would arrive. Jose who cleaned our oven was very friendly and pleasant and he did a fabulous and quick job! Would use again!

Jose arrived exactly at the time stated. He did a fab job. Jose was extermely polite and proffessional. 10/10 to him.

The man who came was friendly and helpful. He did a great job and I will be using the company again.

ASH GU4 a very friendly guy arrived today to clean our oven and extractor fan. He did a great job in very quick time. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service from Richard. Phoned to say what time that he would arrive, and was on time. The oven now looks like it did when new. I would certainly be using again . Very pleasant gentleman.

DO NOT PAY FULL AMOUNT UP FRONT! Make sure you book a whole day off for the company to send someone at their own convenience even though you get a choice to book the appointment in advance and they take a deposit to confirm the date and time 🙄 waste of time as they just change time slot to please them anyway.
So the company rang day before to confirm time slot of 9-12 asking if I required further services and wanted to pay complete balance, to which I didn't thankfully.

Only to call customer services the next day and no answer so I called sales and they answered the phone straightaway! Spoke with someone called Jade at 11.30 and be told they have no record of this phone call day previously to which the agent was called Emma and just be told it's been moved to 1-4pm and the cleaner will be in touch cause that how they work in this company. So, I said I want a refund as I have plans this afternoon so she transferred me to customer service and I then spoke to someone else called Jade.
I told her what had happened and I had made plans on the afternoon so they the offered to re-book for another day! As the cleaner is half way through another clean and nothing they can do about it. The cheek of it!
So when I requested a refund she said am I sure I can't do another day? Yes, I could have but as they are UNRELIABLE, was I expected to make sure I had the whole day available just incase they decided to move the time slot again and clean a single oven.
So Jade said she would put a note on my file for the accounts team to give me a refund and should take 14 days.
Poor service from sales and customer service team.

I was concerned after reading some reviews and had I read them before booking I would not have booked. However, I would definitely use the company again, I was kept updated on the day of the clean. Jamie did a super job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor fan, all which hadn't been thoroughly in 5 years, everything came out spotless.

The two guys who came today were sooooooo professional and lovely to talk too, really understanding of my circumstances in not being able to clean it myself. I'll definitely get it done more often now to keep it sparkling 🙏😊
