Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered items 16th September. Said order would be delayed, which if fine. Heard nothing from them, contacted them after a month, they advised they were having problems with supplies. Guess what another month and still nothing. No apology explanation or anything else. Avoid this company clearly they don’t care about customer service. I have just seen the response and I can categorically say I was contacted twice only after I contacted them. I have kept all the emails.

Unfortunately our delivery for one of our products hasn't arrived from distributors. Our Speedpaint Marker 2.0 sets. Due to arrive 20th September. Customers were contacted on the following dates via email with apologies and explanations of the situation.
