The site is great. What stands out is the service and communication. The owner reached out directly before a problem was seen. Instead of waiting, Grant reached out to us. SO refreshing and we will be buying anything we can from here

Good price and fast shipping, very happy with my purchase and the efficiency.

Apparently the only place that can manage to actually fulfil their deliveries of Magic the Gathering products; I ordered the same item from three different places and all but Overlord cancelled it.

Postage was a bit pricey for such a small item, and a bit of a slap in the face that it said £3.65 on the box itself when it arrived, when I paid £5.50.

Handling costs isn't an excuse because a vast majority of online stores these days offer free delivery.

Unfortunately, The product described was a different variant to the one I recieved. However, after reaching out, Overlord games made the situation right in a fast and positive manner. Excellent customer service and I would happily purchase from this store again.
