This company should be required to change their name, go out of business, or investigated by the BBB. Simply put, they lie and defraud customers. Delivery of tags is NEVER overnight, and in many cases weeks. They continue to stay in business because order amounts are not high enough to warrant customers effort to get refunds or push a case forward. This company doesn’t care about customers, or when they get their items, or anything but order volume to make a buck, ironically getting thousands of customers to buy into the “overnight” delivery suggestion. They are a fraudulent company operated by low lifes in Frisco Texas. They suck.

I ordered on the 13th, it was shipped on the 16th, and arrived on the 22, after AFTER the trip for which I needed.
Of little consequence is the fact the engraving is not even squarely placed on the tag.

Scam! We ordered a tag in April of 2020. Never received it, multiple attempts to call and email.

Ordered over one month ago, sent over 5 emails with no response, tried to call number was not working. Very disappointing. This is for a non profit and was a large order :(

I paid an extra $7.95 shipping fee to have my purchase in 2-3 days. I paid the extra because I needed it at a certain time. When I didn't receive the item on the expected date, I emailed them in which they stated someone would get back to me within a few hours. I did not hear back from them at all. I asked for a refund on the extra payment I made. I did not receive a refund nor a return email. I will never use this business again.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 tags and a collar. It took 4 weeks to get the tags and I still did not receive the collar. I have opened a case with PayPal.

Who rips off a non profit pet rescue? We ordered 100 tags on March 17, 2020. I wrote them at the end of April asking about the tags. A lot of our dogs go to foster homes and we really need those tags! They said they were being sent out. It is now June 19, 2020. They won’t answer emails and won’t refund our money. I have since ordered from another company and received our tags. I ask again who rips off a non profit?

no answer back to any emails or calls. no pet tag has been delivered. why did i not goggle first? this is a HORRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered my tag for my dog with name and phone number. Tag came 6 days later and it looks GREAT. I think they did a great job !!!! It wasn't overnight, but I wasn't that desperate....

Terrible experience. More than 1 month ago I ordered a tag for my cat. The product was delivered within 4 business days; however, they spelled the cat's name wrong (despite the receipt they provided demonstrated that the name was spelled correctly when ordered). The immediately responded, acknowledged and apologized for their error and indicated they would be sending out a replacement tag with the name spelled correctly. That was nearly a month ago and despite recent follow-up e-mails and calls, they have not responded and I have not received a corrected tag. Based upon this terrible level of customer service, I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS (unless you don't mind having a tag that is spelled incorrectly)

This was my second order. The name is WAY misleading. They do not do anything overnight. My first order took a few months to arrive. I thought it must have been a mkstake. I ordered again. It’s bewn a month and no product. Emails bounce back, they don’t answer the phone, no communication.

I ordered a dog tag on November 5th. Recieved an email receipt but that's it. I have emailed them (it came back), and tried using the live chat. After reading these reviews, I don't know how they keep getting away with this!

If you would like to pay for something, never have it ship, not have your repeated emails responded to then go ahead and buy from overnightpettags.com

Ordered 4 tags Oct.22 2018-My debit card was charged Oct.23---It is now Dec. And No Tags!!!Called and left numerous messages and they will not contact me.Total Rip Off!!

They hook you in with good rates but do NOT deliver anything.
Paid for mine over a month ago and have yet to receive anything. Have reached out to the company several times (email, phone, chat) and have received zero response. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Ordered pet tag on 9/29. My order was paid on 10/1. Nothing ever received. I have left countless messages, emails and phone call messages. Never received a call back or a message. I think this company is a fraud. They get your money to the bank promptly but never deliver the goods. There is no way to contact this company. They tell you to leave a message on the phone line and they will return your call but never do. I just got my bank statement and it was deducted on the 1st of October. I didn't want to give them even one star but had to in order to print my review. This is a company that should be shut down. I want my money back.

Wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE placing my order. Yes, I believe they are scammers. Order placed 9/29/18. No order, no response to phone calls (4), etc. They should be charged with online fraudulent business practices. I have contacted Amazon to make them aware of Overnight Pet Tags business practices as they are sellers on Amazon. Amazon has assured me they will investigate.

I as well never received my order and they will not respond to calls or emails. The BBB is useless. This company are crooks.
