never received the item in order refused to refund total scam

I ordered a fleece blanket for my son for Christmas in late thank you very muchOctober. Unfortunately, I didn’t open it until December when I was wrapping it. The picture quality was good but the name was wrong. I emailed the company they told me to send a picture which I did and I never heard back from customer service . The phone number attached to the website calls never go through. BUYER BEWARE!!

It took me weeks to get any valid response to my questions around when I would receive my order and it's tracking information. I had to go via PayPal in the end and finally got the correct tracking number.
It arrived today... Absolutely awful. I believed, from the website information that the rug would be woven in wool/fabric. How wrong I was. It looks like it has been printed on. Bits of colour are missing and as I had my black and white tuxedo cat made, it is VERY obvious.
It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, however it's so cheap and tatty looking, there's no way I can possibly give it to him as a present.

Says from US but posted from China. Total con. Nothing at all like described. Looks like a cartoon. Simple printed on top of very cheap rug and poor quality. No refunds are offered and no where to leave them a review. Total rip

Don’t buy from these you order a canvas but you have to out it together on some cheap flimsy bits off wood they send you with bits missing this is not what I ordered but won’t refund so have gone to my bank

Ordered a tufted carpet rug of my dog. Received a printed velvety rug. Not worth the money. Very disappointed customer. Seems that all negative reviews are removed from their adverts so wasn't aware before I ordered my rug.

If I could put zero stars I would. Ordered a hand crafted tufted rug off my dog and when it came it was a cheap printed rug. After messaging them I was to return it to get a refund and show proof off tracking number which I did and sent it to the address THEY said and now they have the so called rug and I’m not getting a refund . They are thieves got rug back and I’m out off pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Cheap Chinese rubbish

DO NOT ORDER - adverts and photos show good quality woollen rug and a cheap nasty item from china turned up almost 5 weeks after order then when I did a chargeback with my bank they had the audacity to try and get me to pay again and started harassing me with emails they then advised there was nothing wrong with my order AVOID!!!

I ordered an brown outdoor mat and received a pink bathroom rug. They said that they only have this type of product now and not what I order and they refused to give my money back or to send me the good product. I ask why they were selling mat they didn't have and they just ignore my question. Terrible item, it's a total scam !

Terrible mat, looks like just a generic off the shelf picture of a dachshund rather than an image of my dog 😂

Paid for express delivery. Took 22 days and mat looks nothing like my dog! Do not order from petcreative art.

I have been getting dog portraits from Pet Creatives for gifts for several years. It's always a huge hit. The quality is amazing, and holiday pricing is great! I need to get portraits of my own dogs one of these days.

I haven’t received my order, I have sent multiple emails stating that. I asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten a response.

I ordered the portrait for my friend - she had to put her kitty to sleep a while before this, and I decided to have this made for her birthday. She LOVED it (and I did too!) and immediately hung it on the wall. So beautifully done, and makes me smile every time I see it. Thanks so much!!

I have not received most of my order after 6 weeks no one at the company is returning my emails this is a problem!

The portraits came out perfect! I loved how someone reached out to get my approval before sending them out. Super helpful and accurate.
