Over the Moon Escapes Avis

Just back from another amazing holiday in Santorini! Wouldn't book with anyone else now we've had the personal treatment with Over the Moon, this year they knew we wanted a balcony at our favourite hotel but when they checked us in we didn't have one so they E mailed the hotel and asked them if they could do anything as we are special repeat customers, when we arrived at midnight the hotel showed us to the best room we have ever stayed in!!! Absolutely beautiful and huge like a suite! Personal touches and attention to detail is what they do best and we couldn't recommend them enough!! If you like to feel protected and looked after when you book holidays look no further!!! 5 star service 🩵🤍🩵🤍

From start to finish everything was planned for us perfectly and everything we wanted from a holiday considered. Even when there was potential complications with our flights we were put at ease and offered every alternative. Amazing communication and such a friendly team.

The team provide a personal service by finding out what you like and what you don’t. They then offer recommendations but are happy to change if required. I love they post all documents to you and the personal touches I have booked with them several times and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend

From booking & then adding on another person, making sure we arrived safely, and returning safely, to the thanks for booking gift & return home gift everything was first class, Kat, Brett, Harvey & Max 🐾are so lovely and you know your holiday booking is in very safe hands. We would highly recommend and I'm just trying to convince everyone to go back again next year

What really sets them apart is Cat. She gets my sense of humour, my impulsiveness, and even my regrets (there are a few), and somehow still manages to calm me down before I book something ridiculous. Patience like that should come with a medal — or at least a lifetime supply of wax melts of her own. With Cat and Brett, I never have to pretend to be someone I'm not, which means more to me than they probably realise.

They go above and beyond every time, and I genuinely can't recommend them enough. If you want a travel agent who'll listen to your chaos and still send you off smelling like a scented candle aisle, book with these two.

We would highly recommend booking with Over the Moon Escapes! From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. They made the entire booking process so easy and completely stress-free.

The advice, knowledge and support provided before booking gave us complete reassurance that we were making the right choice. They went above and beyond by printing and posting all of our travel documents, completing our API and helping with the relevant immigration forms, which meant we felt fully organised and ready to travel.

They were always on hand whenever we had a question and responded incredibly quickly, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the whole process.

The little finishing touches didn’t go unnoticed either. The thoughtful gifts when we booked and again when we arrived home added such a lovely personal touch and made the whole
experience feel extra special.
We honestly wouldn’t book our holidays with anyone else now. Thank you so much for making everything so easy and for taking such great care of us from beginning to end! ❤️✈️🌍

We have booked so many holidays with Over the Moon Escapes over the years, from Disneyland Paris, the Canary Islands and Greece, to a wonderful large family holiday to Cornwall for my grandparents’ 60th wedding anniversary. ❤️

From start to finish, every single booking has received nothing short of exceptional service. Cat is so knowledgeable about all the different destinations, and she is always honest, helpful and genuinely takes the time to give the best advice. You can really see just how passionate both Cat and Brett are about what they do.

They care so much about their customers and making sure that the holiday is right for them. It never feels like you’re just another booking or another number, and I absolutely love that they take the time to actually talk and communicate with their customers over the telephone. It makes the whole experience feel so much more personal, exciting and special. 🥰

And it doesn’t stop once your holiday is booked! The enthusiasm you get from Cat and Brett when you send a photograph while you’re away really highlights just how much they genuinely care about their customers having the best possible time. 🌴☀️

They have also recently helped me organise my partner’s 40th birthday holiday for next year, coming up with some fantastic recommendations that fit perfectly within my budget. I honestly couldn’t ask for better service or support.

Next stop… honeymoon talks🤣💍❤️

Thank you so much, Over the Moon Escapes, for all your hard work, care and dedication in making sure that we, as your customers, have the very best holidays.

I’ve booked a few holidays now with Cat & Brett, and the personal service is always fantastic. They take the time to really get to know what we want and make sure everything is organised exactly how we like it. They’re always on hand to answer any questions and take all the stress out of booking a holiday. It’s so reassuring having someone you trust and who genuinely cares about making sure everything is right. I wouldn’t book my holidays any other way now!
I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Thank you Anushka

I have booked several holidays with Over the Moon Escapes and I will absolutely be booking again in the future! The service is 10/10, very responsive both during the booking process and whilst on holiday, would highly recommend Cat and the team!

Over the moon escapes couldn’t do enough for us for our honeymoon! They were super quick with replies and helped even when we had a problem with our driving licence for driving abroad. Couldn’t recommend them enough! ❤️

Cat, Brett and Harvey are a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much and their travel knowledge and advice are out of this world. They booked us a fantastic holiday to Jamaica this year, and communication was fantastic from start to finish, they even check you've arrived ok and everything is fine.

Cat recently put together an itinerary for us for a multi destination next year to Singapore and Thailand. The itinerary was extremely detailed and professionally done, needless to say we loved 😍 it and we're all booked to go in 2027.

We highly recommend Over the Moon Escapes to anyone wanting that perfect holiday from experts and with that personal touch.

Really good holiday booking company. Always on hand to help with any issues, whether it before, during, or after your trip.

The team at Over The Moon really cant do enough for you. They take care of everything so that once you have made your booking, the only thing left to do is pack and get on the plane. They have great travel experience so can make personal recommendations and will always give honest advice and not just try and get the sale. I book with them knowing I am in safe hands and there is a caring team behind the name who will go out of their way to fix it should anything go wrong.

Great experience from booking all the way through to return. Hotels on our multi country trip all excellent. Already booked our next big trip with them.

I’ve now used Over the Moon Escapes for several holiday bookings. From big groups Girls Trips to Benidorm to bespoke multicentre holidays to Vietnam for my husband and I.
From initial enquiry right through to travel and return Cat. Brett and Harvey take care of every detail and I completely trust them to look after every little detail.

Booking with them is truly a delight.
From the first phone call you know you are in safe hands and I love the personal quotes and how everything is pulled together in such a professional way even down to the printed ticket pack with all of your documents delivered right to your door along with suprise little gifts sometimes.
So whether it’s a cheeky little break away with a well known travel company or a bespoke adventure you are looking for you will be in safe hands with these guys.
I recommend OTME to all of my friends and they have never been disappointed.

If you can dream it they can book it!

I have used over the moon escapes for my last few holidays and wouldn't book through anyone else . Cat and Brett cater for all your needs and are faultless at their job .They handle all the frustrating research, flight sorting, and fine print so you do not have to.They secure special upgrades, extra amenities, and hidden deals that standard booking websites miss. All they ask in return is where you would like to travel and what kind of budget you have . Exceptional service and peace of mind every single time . I look forward to booking lots more holidays with this independent travel company

From start to finish and in between the service was amazing. How many travel agents contact you on your holiday to check how its going- none but Cat did and that makes an enormous difference. Everything went to plan trips pick ups everything was amazing. Thank you Cat and the team for making my retirement holiday so so memorable. xxxx

Personal and professional! Great experience, from working out what we wanted, through to checking in with us when we were home. Highly recommend!

Cat and Brett go out of their way to ensure your holiday is perfect. Nothing is too much trouble and they come up with some fantastic recommendations. First class service every time!!

Cat and Bret at Over The Moon Escapes are absolutely AMAZING! The knowledge and expertise they have is second to none. From start to finish they organise everything, taking the admin stress out your holiday. The attention to detail and wonderful personal touches make them a cut above the rest & extremely thoughtful. I’m currently my on my 6th holiday booking with them, while Cat is currently organising my parking, airport hotel and trips for an up and coming New York break. She really does do everything. I’ll never again book without her.
