The desk is lovely, delivered on time, but missing a couple of screws.
I'm very pleased with this desk, it arrived on time and in great condition. Only downfall it was missing two screws, and not all panels are numbered so it took a bit of figuring out, but it's a great desk for the money. If all screws were there then it would definitely be a 5 star.

More damaged goods (when installed), as per the last purchase (which was kept as the damage was on the bottom of the one wardrobe door). This recent delivery arrived with, yet again, one pack taped at the bottom. Upon opening the top part of a wardrobe door was damaged, however was assembled so it was on the bottom. Despite the furniture being reasonably priced, it has made me consider future purchases.

Great purchase and a good experience
Great customer service when I queried my delivery date I received a reply within a few hours. I ordered a bedside table which I’m very pleased with. Good quality at a great price. I would definitely buy from Own Furniture again.

Not the best customer service and product.
Not the best product and the customer service was equally not the best.
There were several issues with the product, an open wardrobe.
The first issue was a part of the open wardrobe would not fix properly so was loose. After being advised it would fix into place once the open wardrobe was fully put together, it still is loose.
Another issue was the pilot holes were not fully drilled so when screws were placed into the pilot holes, the bottom of the shelves would split.
When I raised the first issue with customer service, the response was not the greatest and I believe it to be dismissive. I decided not to raise the second issue and further issues as I had a lack of confidence that the issues would be resolved.
There were also issues with delivery, however part of this problem could have been down to the courier.
Overall it’s not the biggest issue in the world, but I would not recommend to anyone and I won’t be using the company again. This is a shame because I chose to buy from this company instead of a bigger company.

When the initial issue was raised, our technical review team assessed the information provided and advised that an Allen key was being used to tighten the mini-fix housing, whereas this fitting needs to be secured using a screwdriver. They also advised that once correctly fitted and the unit was fully assembled, it would be structurally sound.
We're also very sorry for the issues you experienced with the delivery. Although this part of the service is carried out by our courier, we completely appreciate that it forms part of your overall experience when ordering from us.

All of the boxes left our supplier together and in perfect condition, however, unfortunately they became separated during transit, resulting in one box not arriving with the rest of your order and part of the wardrobe arriving damaged. We are extremely sorry that this happened during its journey to you and completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
As soon as the issues were reported, we offered to arrange a replacement for the missing box as well as replacement parts for the damaged components. However, we completely understood that you preferred to return the wardrobe for a full refund, so our team arranged the collection for you and your refund was processed following the successful collection.
We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused and regret that your order did not arrive in the condition or manner in which it left our supplier.

Great chest of drawers. I had the professional assemblyman in to do mine. As I am useless. They were excellent. Very professional and did it in 2 hrs. I would recommend.

Brought a dining room storage table and it’s a great bit of kit even if I did have to assemble everything. I hate flat pack at times and I tried assembling tired and not a single curse left my lips. Having reviewed the case and the information provided at the time, the issue was assessed as being related to the assembly of the wardrobe. The wardrobe had been stood upright before the back panels were correctly attached. These panels are an integral part of the structure and stability of the wardrobe and, as outlined within the assembly instructions, must be securely fitted before the unit is stood upright.
Unfortunately, standing the wardrobe before the back panels are fitted can place additional strain on the structure and affect its stability.
We completely appreciate that this was a frustrating outcome and we are genuinely sorry that we were unable to provide the resolution you had hoped for and for the disappointment this has caused.
