Do not use this company you will not receive your goods.
Bought a pair of shoes and was emailed to say they were delivered. I was at home all day and no call no doorbell no knock. The shoes were not delivered. I tried contacting the courier and got no response. I contacted Oxendales directly and was told they would look into it and then was ignored. Scam website. They charged for the shoes did not receive them and then refused to engage with me.

very disappointed had always had great service but stsff has changed and dont give a damm how customers service should be, missing order never received it and still not sorted out, its gone this far that im waiting for my bill to close account. never again.

Still haven't received parcel
Still haven't received parcel. Order number 8825444 placed on the 23rd December 2024. Says its been delivered on the 10th January 2025 but I don't have the parcel with me. Spoke to customer service. Agent i spoke to this morning 15/01/25 says delivery driver delivered them and dropped them off by the bins but parcel not there and definitely not next door as I asked them. Says she's investigating the case further with fastway and will give me a ring. Spent all day today without receiving a phone call from your agent. All items are 167euro and I am hoping I do not have to pay the 16ueuro as I do not have items with me. Not going to pay for something I do not have and not using! Not pleased at all. Overall bad experience!!! 👎👎👎👎

I not first time ordered from this page and find the clothes is good quality enough is just this time I found that jeans in size wich I mostly wear is little tight for me but I still can wear it it's trustable page and can recommend it
