Exactly how customer service should be
I had an issue with an item not refunded. I sent an email query. There was no jargon or generic response, the person understood my issue and responded accordingly. My issue was dealt with quickly and fairly.

Easy return AFTER Return date had passed
Bought a dress for a wedding, tried it on, thought it fit.
Tried it on again four weeks after return could be made.
To my horror it was really big and did not suit. I emailed customer service and explained my predicament. I was allowed to return thedress without any hassle whatsoever. Really good customer experience. Thank you

Great customer service

Loads of choice and excellent service
Excellent service. I’ve always had trouble finding wide fit shoes. Oxendales has plenty of really good options. And their customer service is on point. When one of my deliveries was delayed, they refunded the express delivery charge immediately and offered a discount on my next purchase. There was also a bit of confusion (on my part) about some refunds and Ella from their customer service team very patiently clarified them all. Super impressive!
