Our property manager Jamie is awesome! Always a pleasure to see and deal with.

Denisse helped us to find a house just in a week when we really needed it.
When we moved in, she helped us with the electricity and internet connection. She's always there when we have a question or we need to fix something. I think she's really friendly, competent and a reliable person.

Oxygen do a great job looking after my rental properties. I can be hands off and trust that everything is under control, I'm alerted when something needs attention. The scheduled inspections are consistent and provide a insight into how the tenants are treating the property and reveal any maintenance issues or concerns. Oxygen do a great job in managing tenants which for me is the most important part. When vacant tenants are quickly assessed and shortlisted and any problem tenants are dealt with effectively within the tight regulatory framework landlord are faced with. I have been a customer for around 6 years and am very satisfied with the personalized service I receive from Oxygen. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to minimise the hassle of managing rentals.
