Great experience being one of the tenants through Oxygen. Great communication channel established between tenants and property managers in terms of repairs and maintenance jobs.

In my encounters with Oxygen Property Management I have found them nothing but professional and helpful. Our house manager is always quick and prompt to answer our queries and give us feedback. Our oven and elements had stopped working and we knew the electricity bill had been paid, so we knew it was a technical fault. We rang our house manager and informed her that the oven had suddenly stopped working and if they could recommend a tradesperson to come and service it. She immediately responded that before calling for a tradesperson to be called out, we should wind the switch next to the element switches first and then check to see if our element/oven was working. If it hadn't then to ring her back to call a tradesperson to come in and fix it. We immediately acted on her advice and thankfully it started working straight away. We were very thankful that they advised of other alternative method and also saved us a call out fee.

We have been renting through Oxygen Property for 8 months now we love our home, very grateful for our Property Manager Jamie Richardson for giving us a chance to rent through Oxygen as we had been house hunting for a very long time best Property Manager we could have asked for!.

We have worked with Maria for a number of years carrying out plumbing/drainlaying maintenance for the properties she manages. She is always a pleasure to deal with and is always wanting the best outcome for both tenants and landlords.
