Product was order 15 days ago. I understand that stocks might be low but the lack of communication is frustrating. I have no idea if/when the product might be shipped and can’t get a response when I ask for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend ordering with this company.

Delays, unprofessional, rude
Receptionist when finally got through to someone was as rude as anything and so unprofessional with no phone manner. You wouldn't think you called a business. Still no tracking details even though they take your money super quick. $200 of product ordered weeks ago by express shipping. Feels like a scam.

Still waiting for order shipping 21…
Still waiting for order shipping 21 days later. Item was in stock at the time of ordering, no backorder or anything.
Have sent 3 emails and no response. Didn't even bother with the phones as the website said they can't answer them anyway.
Have asked for a refund or just ship my product as they now have them back 'in stock' on the website.
I get that it's a busy time for medical supply teams and businesses but this is not acceptable.
UPDATE : Requested a refund as I paid via PayPal and accepted instantly. Get a refund/do a chargeback if you can for your purchases.
UPDATE 2 : Package has been shipped.
RESPONSE TO OWNER : I am grateful you guys have managed to get on top of things now, I couldn't imagine how stressful it was for you. Thank you again for being one of the only people who had even a little stock available during that time :)

Paid for items and still not received. Ozmedical wont reply to emails. They wont supply me with an invoice as i have requested via email. They take your money and dont supply the goods.

Not keeping promises
When I ordered, it said that due to demand they are shipping daily, instead of within the usual 2 business days. I specifically choose this company because of the shipping and paid extra for Express Post. Now it has been 8 days and the item hasn't even been posted yet. Very disappointed with a company that is great at making promises and taking money, but not so good at actually delivering on promises.

A huge thank you to the team at Oz Medical!! Martha was awesome on the phone, helping us to make the right decision regarding the RAT's that we needed, and the delivery arrived on time as planned - thanks to Jody for the follow up communications! Although a number of calls went unanswered over the Xmas New Year break - it is completely understandable as it is holidays and family time - mixed with a huge shortage of RATs. Thank you again team for the delivery and peace of mind... we are all negative !

After a pretty awful two years
After a pretty awful two years, our young adult kids were really enjoying getting out and about - until Covid stopped them in their tracks. Back to isolating in their bedroom and a new share house, OzMedical provided terrific, responsive service so I could get a hold of (impossible to come by) Rapid Antigen Tests.- they provided quality cheerful, friendly service, going above and beyond - kept in contact, provided a pick up point on the weekend, basically did everything they could to supply what i needed. I'm so grateful for these wonderful women. Thankyou Martha
