Ozzie is very easy to contact, they respond quickly and they are always happy to help you with any issues you might have.
I also wanted to add that I have a couple of the Mosquito Zapper and this one really works. First night it was so full of dead mosquitoes that it had turned the unit black. We use this out by our pool and here in Florida I can assure you that there are always lots of mosquitoes about, especially at dusk.

Ozzi Mozzie anti Mosquito lamps
We purchased Ozzi Mozzie anti Mosquito lamps online about a year ago and would thoroughly recommend them, they actually do work,we live in the Far North of New Zealand and the mosquito season is upon us now, we have on going in each of our bedrooms and the walk in wardrobe, moths and Mozzies gone also a very good company to deal with very prompt in replying back to any queries you may have, would certainly buy again.

The Ozzie Mozzie bug and mosquito zapper are truly fantastic. My wife and a friend of ours are allergic to mosquito bites. We put one of the zappers on each end of the deck, and now my wife can enjoy being outside with out having to use bug spray or long sleeved shirts and pants.
