I LOVE these blueberries

I LOVE these blueberries.

My smoothies have never been tastier or purpler before trying packd. My order arrived so quickly, and I'll never go back. Such good value for ORGANIC fruit.

I also love the rice bowls.

The frozen blueberries have artificial…

The frozen blueberries have artificial colour in them. My child’s fingers and tongue were blue and did not wash off easily, very stubborn stain. Also stained my carpet and has permanently damaged it despite using a vacuum carpet cleaner

Very poor value for money

I’m really confused with the reviews on this product, mine has just arrived and quite frankly the value is terrible. The portion size is so small that I weighed it in disbelief. The ‘nourish’ portion was 119g of fruit (7 small pieces of frozen mango, yes 7!) considering you can purchase 500g of frozen mango from any high street shop for around £2.50 and this is £2.20 for one portion the maths don’t work. I added 200ml of liquid as per the directions and it had the consistency of sorbet. The other portions that state they have kale in are literally flecks of it in the bag. I drink smoothies for health issues and these are sadly over priced for what they are and won’t deliver the health benefits I need for my conditions. I will go back to creating my own smoothies, an expensive mistake unfortunately and feel quite ripped off.

Our smoothies are perfectly portioned and each one developed for a great flavour and balanced nutritional benefit. Each smoothie pouch weighs 118g and is partnered with a 2g superfood sachet. The nourish smoothie however doesn't contain mango at all, so we are unsure of this experience. Fabulous fruit

Delivered on time, packed carefully and sustainably.
The fruit is of a very high standard and delicious.
And it is organic, the only type of fruit I wish to buy.
I will be buying PACK'D frozen fruit regularly from now on.

Really great company

Really great company. I recommend the month smoothie kit. There is a huge variety of superfoods available and everything arrives clearly labelled. Just stick it in the freezer and use throughout the month. I am an athlete so this is a great time saver, allowing me to get the proper vitamins and minerals I need.
Smoothies also taste really nice. Would recommend.

Amazing flavours & so easy......

I went for the trial mixture bundle as I am new to PACK'D & wasn't sure what I would like. I also like a variety as to not get bored & to cater for what I need at the time. It has not disappointed! They all taste amazing and are so quick to knock up - perfect for the hectic mornings. I am definitely sold on the bundles but may add a few extra favourites into my order!!

A breath of fresh air to deal with

A breath of fresh air to deal with! My first order went missing when it was out for delivery with DHL through no fault of Pack'd, and upon emailing them a lovely member of the team called Zoe responded within 10 minutes and was ever so helpful, trying to figure out what had happened and arranging a replacement delivery for me.

The smoothies are also yummy, but I'm most impressed with their customer service and willingness to help.

I had a problem with my order as the payment wasn’t going through and specially the blueberries are a important part of our diet. I got in touch with Zoe, a thousand thanks to you and your efficient and kind attention, and she followed and help me through the process till the problem was solved. I’m receiving my parcel today and really thankful.
I need to say as well that their products are superior quality and you can definitely trust they will do their best to give you and excellent service.

Delicious quality products and outstanding customer service

We’ve now had several orders from Pack’d and decided to set up a subscription. Unfortunately our last order arrived mostly defrosted, we completely understand that problems outwith the control of companies can occur once items have been dispatched. We provided feedback to Pack’d who immediately offered to replace the entire order which they did. They also advised us that they will be using a superior type of dry ice as from next week so hopefully this will work out well for them. We’ve been absolutely delighted with all the products that we’ve tried, it’s wonderful to be able to buy delicious fruit and vegetables which are guaranteed to be fresh and there’s no waste involved - this is an important consideration when opting to pay more for organic, we’ve now recommended Pack’d to many of our friends. Selling superb quality products and offering outstanding customer service is exactly why this business deserves to succeed, we wish them all the best for the future.

Top marks so far!

Placed my first order to try the complete range of smoothies. Highly impressed with the speed of delivery and email communications keeping me updated. Box arrived by DHL within two days of ordering online via their website; very impressed! My first reaction on opening the box was that the pouches were quite small; however having tried the first smoothie today with the superfood pouch and almond milk they are delicious! They fit perfectly in my freezer and I have 24 more smoothies to try during the month. Hoping they will become part of my healthy diet regime going forward; top marks so far!

Now a regular part of my day

I don’t leave many review but always try to for great companies; this is one. Ordered the taster bundle and very impressed. They are all a great balance of tasting great but also being healthy, and now form a regular part of my day. In a time where people value their health and convenience more than ever, I think Pack’d will do very well and become a Gousto/HelloFresh of the breakfast & drinks market. Good luck team

I absolutely love packd

I absolutely love packd. It’s been so helpful to me as I was a very picky eater as a child, and even though I’m not as picky now, I still struggle with food textures etc. I now have smoothies for breakfast several times a week and I’ve even tried one of their Goodness Bowls which is huge for someone like me. It was absolutely lovely and flavourful. The customer service is also great and I’ve always had quick replies if I’ve had a query.

Excellent Customer Service

My frozen order was delivered a day late through no fault of Pack'd. They immediately offered me a replacement or full refund. I opted for a replacement which duly arrived in perfect condition a couple of days later. It is so pleasing to deal with a company that values its customers.
