Unprofessional and very poor customer service.
This company forgets that the customer should always come first. They are extremely unprofessional and have a very poor customer service. The product is surprisingly okay, but really not not worth the aggravation. Not recommended at all.

poor poor customer service. repeat prescription customer had no indication of order even being shipped. tried to contact multiple times, noting.

Terrible customer service response
The blueberries were dry, woody and inedible. When I complained to customer services they said that they were very confident that their berries were always good quality.

Good product but customer service still needs work
The order took a while to arrive but this was explained when I contacted them to inquire where it was. It would have been good to know in advance that there were limited staff working at that period of time.
Unfortunately I only received 14 of the 15 items I ordered. I did contact PACKD but as yet have not had a response which is disappointing customer service.

Great product
Great product - these frozen fruits have revolutionised my breakfasts (smoothies).
The reason I gave 4 stars is I didn't receive prior notice that my order was out for delivery, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

We're sorry to hear you didn't receive an estimated time of delivery for your items; our courier should have sent an ETA the morning of your delivery. Outside of this, all orders placed Friday to Sunday are sent out on Monday for a Tuesday delivery, and orders placed Monday to Thursday are sent out the next working day.
