Packuumbags Avis

I recently got my first Paccumbag, and I'm honestly impressed. The quality feels really sturdy, with strong stitching and zippers that don't snag. It's lightweight but still has plenty of space, and the design is super practical for both everyday use and travel.
What I love most is how convenient it is—it looks quite small but expands enough to fit everything I need when I'm on the go. The material is durable and easy to clean, which makes a huge difference compared to some of my old bags that wore out quickly.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend
Paccumbags to anyone who needs a reliable, functional, and stylish bag for daily use or trips. It's a solid investment and has already become my go-to.

Ordered both the full black and also the white bag for my wife. She loves them. Good quality bags and ideal for work. Materials seem like they will last, straps are strong and zips fasten great too. Initially bought the cheap version off a well known online store but the difference in quality is so apparent.

I’ll admit I was a bit worried at first after reading some of the reviews, but my parcel arrived after 7 days. Honestly, I don’t understand the negativity I really love my bag! Delivery just took a little longer than expected. I’m so happy with it that I’ll be ordering the backpack next.

This bags are perfect! The separate lunch compartment is super handy and keeps everything neat. It holds a lot, keeps my food fresh, and looks cute too. I use it every day definitely a great buy!

I got one for my wife, she loves it, the quality is actually amazing… couldn’t recommend enough

Love my bag! I can fit so much in it. Very well made and just like the photos.

I paid €152.70 for the VacPack + compression bags + pump, with additional costs for packaging and express delivery. After a month, it was delivered in two parts on two different days. The description states that it has a TSA lock. This is NOT the case, there is no lock built in or included! Had I known this, I would NOT have bought it! They never answered about this problem! The delivery comes from China, not the USA! The finishing is poor. NOT RECOMMENDED! I feel cheated!

The bag delivered does not match the description or images online, using different materials. On asking for a refund or replacement, they came up with excuses for over a month about doing this, refusing, until finally they agreed for me to ship this back to China at my own cost which breaches Consumer Law (and is very expensive). This is a Chinese Company with no Australian presence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My fiance ordered this bag for me. Unfortunately, when it arrived we both agreed it was extremely cheap and also HEAVY once food and drinks for my work lunch were added to the bottom compartment in the tote. He has had nothing but terrible responses from the customer service and now they want us to return the bag to China, which is going to be extremely expensive. DO NOT BUY

I have had nothing but issues with these products trying to return them. My items were shipped from china and now having to pay full shipping to get a refund which has been an absolute disaster trying to even get approved, really not happy with the customer service or even the reply times, i will never buy from this company again.

Fake website - Items do not arrive. Do not purchase

A word of caution. This looks like a US company but the bag is being shipped from China. I realized there really isn't a customer service number so I just hope I get my purchase. This is on me and I need to check companies online.
