Claimed they were getting a lower price and charged me but I have not seen the money or heard back from them in weeks

Buyer beware!

I did realize some savings, but Paiback notified me and charged me for savings that were never credited by the airline. I alerted them to this fact multiple times, but they never responded.

On the first flight they monitored, I received a $40.00 refund. Great! On the second flight they monitored, they claimed I would receive a $180.00 refund, and they charged me $36.00 for their service. The only problem was I never received the refund. When I wrote to them about not receiving the refund, they told me to wait. Of course, I never did get the refund.

When I canceled the flight (it was a refundable fare) and showed them that the refund was the same as the original purchase price (so there was no price change in between), they admitted they had made a mistake and would issue a refund. Unfortunately, that never happened either.

Given that other companies provide the same service, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their service.

After signing up, two separate trips were completely screwed up despite Paiback's repeated claims that this will not happen.

Trip #1 I was downgraded from DL Main Classic to Main Basic (Basic Economy) which means I lost my seats, baggage allowance, miles accrual, upgrade potential, etc. This was an outright class and fare downgrade complete with "seat assigned at check in email" from Delta. You cannot even fix this via paying for seats so I had to outright cancel this flight and rebook it, which was more expensive than the first time I booked the flight. Paiback did not respond, and has never responded, to my inquiry on this.

Two days later, it found "savings" on a 4-leg international trip and, you guessed it, it ate the seats on 3 out of 4 legs. On one of the legs, I had to pay to choose seats (which I did not at the time of booking) and on the 10-hour long haul, I had to select the only open seat left - row 55 in the 2nd to last row of the plane as that was the only seat now left open after it lost my row 17 window seat.

Paiback did not, and has never, responded to that inquiry, either. They remain completely unresponsive despite the screenshots and emails of proof of all of this I submitted. Further, they plan to bill me 20% for these "savings."

In multiple places on their website, they promise that these problems will not occur. THEY DO OCCUR. And the company does not even bother to reply when your fights are completely screwed up and you are out even more money than when you started. It is obvious they have no idea what they're doing and they do not stand behind their process. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I signed up for the app 2 days ago and uploaded two flight confirmation tickets for tracking the same day. One had a lower price the day I submitted my ticket and the other the following day. They are both visible in tracking so the price drops are there, but neither one has been processed and now both have slight price increases from the lowest price. I'm not sure how others are getting their travel credits, but I'm contacting the airline myself before the prices go up even further.

I put in confirmation from Alaska Airlines and went great. It has gone down in price so received a refund. Went to put in international flight with American Airlines and it won’t let me. It says it’s a third party ticket but I booked direct with American. Pretty disappointing since the tickets are considerably more expensive. Tried emailing twice and never received a response.

Wow! I was a bit sceptical of this, but over three itineraries, I have been refunded around $900 without doing a thing. This was the first time I used this site. It will save me so much time. Instead of spending days watching and searching, I can now just book the flights I want and just sit back and wait. I just hope the airlines can't stop this somehow. Saw this advertised and thought that it probably wouldn’t work but what’s the harm in trying? Within a week of adding my first trip, I get money back from United. Super impressed - no need to try to ‘time’ the markets with Google Flights. Just buy tickets and let this app do its work. Very cool.

I was introduced to this app today by a friend and within 15 minutes of flight be uploaded, I had a significant travel credit in my United acccount. AMAZING!

Wow what a game changer! As someone who flies frequently and for 2 decades I was always trying to buy flights "at the right time" to get the best price, now I never have to do this again. Buy the flight ASAP and if the price comes down, I save it. Absolutely brilliant! Also it's so easy to use, it's almost dummy proof. Use it, save money, so simple!
