Great choice of colours and finishes
Great choice of colours and finishes. The sample pot arrived beautifully packaged and included a brush too. I bought the sample tin to try out for my son's new flat and he's currently viewing it in various lights/conditions before making a decision.

Great colour and more importantly a very easy and clean paint to use. No bits of clots of paints and two coats and the job was done.

Order did not arrive
I ordered a colour chart which did not arrive. I emailed two weeks later to follow up and didn’t get a response. Unfortunately this does not encourage me to buy from the brand - better customer service please!

I ordered two sample pots that arrived in a lovely box along with a small brush. Delivery was within 3 days and the paint appears to be very good quality. I am going to order more 🙃😊

This is the best paint ever
This is the best paint ever. Although it’s pricey it’s well worth it. It goes on like a dream and only needs one coat if it’s a similar colour underneath. The pigmentation is fantastic. An all round joy to use. Thoroughly recommend.

An all round great experience
This has been an all round very positive experience from a customer perspective. From popping in to the Islington shop to pick up a colour card and talk to a well informed member of staff, to ordering several test pots in shades of yellow (I settled on the amazing Brimstone) and then ordering the paint from one of this companies main suppliers. Every part of the process was efficient. Last but not least, the paint was a dream to use and I am delighted with the result.
