The most important consideration when purchasing the Q5 was the weight. I am 85, and drive a Nissan Rogue. It is essential for me to be able to load and unload by myself so that I can really regain some mobility and independence. Bottom line - the Q5 is perfect.

From the moment is arrived on my front porch, I have been impressed with the details. I got ready for a lengthy assembly experience, but that didn’t happen. While waiting for my chair to arrive, I watched video’s on the Paiseec website, and with minimal reference to the owner’s manual, my Q5 was ready about 20 minutes after opening the shipping container.

All of the pieces went together smoothly, and I enjoy hearing that secure “click” when parks connect correctly. I was very impressed with the quality right from the start.

Loading and unloading is a 30-second event. Five speed settings are available, but I’ve only used #4 once, and #5 never. Scooting across a parking lot on Speed #3 is very adequate, and feels safe. In stores and restaurants, I find #2 to be safe.

I worried about how I would “fit” in the chair. I am 225 pounds, with more of those pounds being in the middle than on the ends. The seat is extremely comfortable, and I really like the seat and back cushions held to the chair by Velcro. Actually, when in a hurry or on short errands, I leave the cushions in the car because the chair is very comfortable without them.

Right now I am using the chair 10-12 times a week for things I had given up doing. I start the week with a full charge, and by the end of the week I am down to 4 green lights. A full charge is 5 green lights. I did purchase a second battery because I worried about endurance. I could have saved my money, because after a week of use, the battery is back up to full charge in about an hour.

The Q5 has changed my life, and extended my mobility and independence. Certainly at this point in my life, it is the most important purchase I have made in years.

Quality product, sleek look, folds compact for travel. With the seat removed, I can lift into the car without assistance.

The chair was not difficult to put together but I did have trouble deciphering the terms. Some clear pictures, diagrams, or better yet, the link to a video online would have made putting the anti-tip wheels in the right place less confusing. The chair operates easily and was operational immediately after assembly. Have only tried it on solid pavement and floors so far, but it moves well in all directions

Smooth operating. Pneumatic tires make for a more comfortable ride. Perfect for a small adult.

Moms 3 in 1 electric wheelchair arrived in less than a week. It was extremely easy to assemble, there isn’t any assembly!! Remove it from the box and unfold it. We’ve charged the battery and now she’s learning the controls. This will make traveling so much easier.

It was very quick delivery with no set up! It works well on rough terrain and fees secure even with the anti-tippers taken off. The battery is great and lasts really well.

so far so good we bought this in case my husband needed and could not walk far due to parkinson disease he likes it so far thats all i can say not used that often just really for emergencys

This scooter has opened more doors for my mom to travel with us and enjoy life as an older adult. It works great, battery life is long, and it’s a smooth ride. Also, I love that it’s so compact and easy to lift into the car.

Love my scooter! Has really increased the range of what I can do. The ground clearance far superior to the other devices of a similar size. Customer service has always had a live person answering the phone when I called!

Performs well and very easy to transport.

I was quite surprised with the quality of this mobility scooter. Two minutes to set up with ease. The lithium battery is a bonus as it holds a charge long term. The variable speed is perfect and has a fast pace if needed. Turns well and rides well. The only thing I wish for would be an adjustable back rest. Maybe a few different settings instead of the one fixed position. Overall the best mobility scooter by far and I have tried many different brands. In closing customer service is also excellent.
