i ordered via facebook through paleorix site and inc shipping the crocs sandals were £22 (too good to be true clearly!) they never arrived and can't see website now, no response to email i sent to contact email. I had a confirmation email from Paleorix but it says Lara Marie Bouzid on my bank statement. have contacted my bank for help
SCAM! I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on 9th August, confirmed that order was dispatched but have
Never received it and now the site has disappeared!!! No way of contacting them again!
TikTok should be aware of scammers and shut them down
Same as other reviews, total scam on TikTok shop. TikTok have no record of my order. I had a confirmation email from Paleorix but it says Lara Marie Bouzid on my bank statement. I tried to get into Paleorix website which was showing my order as getting ready to ship, then a few days later it said the website was unsafe and to leave the page. The order went through Shopify which does not show my order. I now have to try to recover my money by contacting my bank. Should have known Crocs wouldn’t be £20!
As the other review has stated, I too did exactly the same, placed an order via tiktok shop for croc sandals thinking I was getting a bargain, all evidence of my order has been deleted, but I didn't think to take a screen shot, having trusted tiktok shop. They've taken money out my account.. but it's a females name not the business they are going by. I've tracked them and looked into the shipping company which is fraudulent too. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
