Scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. Contacted them through WhatsApp with questions about a product and got an immediate response. Thought it over after checking out the website and eventually bought a product I REALLY wanted.
Tracking says it was delivered today. Not.
Now I get no response from them.
Update: they finally responded and said it was a computer glitch. Then tracking said "shipped." Then it said delivered again. I notified Facebook, The Federal Trade Commission, and Palm and home. They said they are sending me a refund.
What about sending me the product I ordered?
Awaiting refund.....

Palmandhome/Al Mandhome/Simplacasa are Scammers, DO NOT GET ATTEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM.

I bought Bougie Home & Garden Chair from them on 21st March never received update but when I track it online it shows it was delivered to another location I never gave to them. Not to my address. When I contact customer service or emailing no response

The tracking information shows the package as “delivered,” but I never received anything.
I’ve sent multiple emails and have not received a single response.
This was a scam. Do not buy anything from this seller.

Bought a chair 30 days go.
No tracking number nor any information after 25 days. On the 26th they sent and email saying it went to the incorrect address and would ship it again.
30 days have passe and I have no tracking number, no chair and no refund.
Clearly another internet scam website.
STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered and paid January 2026. Same story of tracking number error. Told by John (no surname) it's on its way. But there's no company that acts this way. I read the reviews and have had the same treat. Price was MYR205 £40 $50. I'll try and get back via my credit card company.

SCAM! Also operating as Simplacasa but same company.

Ordered and paid for a product from their website advertised on my social media. Product never arrived. I wrote multiple emails querying the tracking info and was told there was a problem with the tracking information but to just be patient as my product should be delivered in 7-10 days. I was told this three times by a guy called “John” with no surname. Tracking number from purchase email was linked to a dodgy looking company that wanted me to download an app but I was able to see a bit of info which said there was a delay bc my phone number was incorrect. When I queried this with the company and asked which number they had in file for me, I was just told to be patient that it would be delivered. Then the tracking info said it had been delivered… but no package was delivered. I then queried this information and was told the same thing again. These are scammers… don’t waste your time or money!

Also known under SimplaCasa. This webshop is a scam. Ordered early September. Nothing has arrived yet. Several emails promising that the shipment is on the way. Fake track and trace numbers. Guaranteed to lose your money.

I purchased Dinopaws tower from Instagram advertisement with shop name SimplaCasa but they don’t not respond to emails and hasn’t been delivered. The tracking number shows delivered but it’s a lie

I have made an order on 24th July 2025 and get once email replied by a name of John. Since then nothing has happened. It looks like scam site. Perhaps he should prove he is not scammer. What a shame to scam for living.

I bought a dinopaws tower which was advertised on Instagram, and its been a whole month with nothing delivered. No customer service responses, nothing. do NOT buy anything from these guys - also known as AlmandHome or SimplaCasa.

Be aware its a scam. I bought a chair 8 months ago and still to this day did not arrive even though I contacted customer.

I bought an ergonomic chair February 25 and till TODAY - 22 APRIL 2025 - never arrived. The tracking number doesn't correspond to my name nor to my adress (as per the local post office!) and is register there like having 10 gr weight!! The post office refuses to give me the name/adress of the receiver of the tracking number PALMHANDHOME sent me, after I payed for the chair.
The delivery never happened! NEVER BUY FROM PALMHANDHOME!

Ordered a chair back in Oct 2024. Still didn't get it and the reply from customer support is missing. Don't get scammed as I did. DON'T ORDER!

Ordered a chair over a month ago, but the seller keeps delaying delivery, saying ‘wait 10-15 more days’ repeatedly. Customer service has not been helpful, and I still have no clear delivery date. Would not recommend ordering from this seller if you need timely delivery.

I ordered the chair and paid, after 15 days when i track me order is showing delivered already. First time I order from this website and worried now.

I bought 2 ergonomic char from the site and no confirmation has been recieved.Every time, they are telling it would be delivered in weeks time. It’s a fake site. Don’t be victim of the scam. Will do something soon.
