I have used this company before and was very happy with the service I received. However having just purchased a new window and having it installed yesterday I have to say that their service has significantly reduced.
The window installation was completed and after inspecting it my wife very quickly spotted that they had put the wrong handles on and had forgotten to put the bottom trim on. I spoke with the installer who told me that he would speak to the office who would contact me the same day.

Having received no telephone call I rang them back the next day and was told by a female that I should have received a call and she would call me back in 2 minutes. 45 minutes later I still hadn’t heard back and had to call them back and was informed that their office was undermanned (not my issue) and were very busy. Eventually issue was resolved but P&P need to improve their customer service considerably before I will use them in the future.

I cannot rate this company highly enough there is not enough stars to give them. From start to finish they were absolutely professional, with the kind of attention to detail that cannot be faulted. The work ethic from all the staff, politeness and, customer focused attention is second to none. If you are looking for a quality product at a competitive price that is manufactured and made locally, and if you choose to have the windows and doors fitted by them the whole process is seamless. P&P are aware and considerate to all the stress that comes with having windows and doors fitted throughout and were able at every stage to reassure and explain the process so we always knew what, when and how they were proceeding. I was actually not at home when window was put in. I was pleasantly surprised when I did arrive home The window looks lovely and is much improved. We have had previous work done from P and P windows and have always had excellent work and we find the work team very pleasant and competent.
