I got scammed too ! So sad tik tok are not held accountable for letting these people advertise.

Ordered 6 panels from panel house uk and received nothing. The web site had gone i couldnt contact anyone. I phoned Barclays and they suspended the payment.

Luckily I only ordered 1 panel for £5 free delivery. Should have known it was a scam because who can deliver a 1.1m x 2.4m panel for free when it only costs £5 total 🤣😂😅 what a scam ay. Do not buy they have no intention of delivering anything to you.

This showed as being in my local sorting office a week ago, then all of a sudden the tracking link and website are gone!! Thank god I didnt spend much with them. So annoyed.

I was going to order 16 panels but thank God I read these reviews. Never order of tiktok unless it's only a few quid max.

Scam warning. Bought wood panels for £42.50 via TikTok ad. No delivery, no customer service, and no response to emails. Avoid Panel House UK. Raising a chargeback with my bank now

Absolute scam why Facebook and other sites allowed this company to advertise.

GOODNESS IM SO STUPID, usually I can spot a scam when I see one but when I saw these £5 panels idk what got into me. Straight away I had a bad sensation and checked the reviews and I wished I checked before. Luckily I ordered these on a CC card so I’ll dispute the amount but yeah I do feel pretty silly.

My purchase was only £15 but it’s the principle.
I contacted my bank last night ( NatWest) , I went through the procedure of reporting a Scam , was told it could take up to 10 days to resolve . Within 12 hours the money was back in my account , I class myself as very lucky in that respect .
I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night ??? Scum of the earth

Ordered in July and it's now October, not able to contact them and nothing delivered. Total scammers!!!

Ordered 4 panels for £5 each as it was a clearance sale, plus £20 delivery. got an e-mail through to "shop app", gave a tracking number but not the Courier.
Have e-mailed them several times, never get a reply, seems I have been SCAMMED as well by these Unhealthy Human Beings. KARMA IS REAL, and you will get yours!!

Not sure why they really don't deserve 1 star I was just going through my emails and thought what did I order totally forgot as it's been so long. Total bastards well calmer what goes around comes around. Hope they get caught wankers.

I placed an order in July for 4 panels. I received a confirmation email, it even went on Shop so I can be updated of my delivery. The delivery date passed and no delivery. I sent emails, once I had a reply and they’re going to redeliver due to no one was home. I told them it’s a lie because I’ve got a camera doorbell, no delivery attempt was made. These people are THIEVES!

55 quid order for an unbelievably great deal on 7 wall panels, got emails, texts, even a tracking order, arrived from China, went to Manchester, then delivered and signed, I was in and I have cameras at my house, nobody even arrived in the street, company wouldn't reply to emails or texts, cut me off, is a complete scam I can't believe this fraud is allowed on fb and tiktok and others

Panels got the order number followed by an email but then no notice of delivery they did reply to an email thanking me for my patience saying as soon as it was dispatched I would get the delivery notice 10 days later still no notice and stopped replying to further emails

These shops on TikTok are a scam, they are just stealing card details, everyone cancel your card, any ads on TikTok that’s too good to be true is a scam, also just scroll right to the bottom of the web page and if it says 2025 then they see scams

Total scam, took a chance as not willing to risk too much as it seemed to good to be true, £35 down.
Used Apple Pay so protected from further problems although unlike PayPal won’t get my money back that easily.
