I am a Commercial Finance Broker and would like to thank the underwriter Matt Adams on a recent case for a BTL loan in a Company name.
There were initial issues re obtaining an EWS1 certificate confirming that there were no cladding issues on the Apartment Target Property.
Matt kept me informed through the process with regular updates and direct tel number to chase matters up.
Good offer now issued and hopefully progressing at the required pace for satisfactory completion!

very easy site to work through. Plenty of help from the bank and its associates.

I had to make a phone call as I was having trouble trying to reset my password . Spoke to a lovely lady advisor called Kumasi who stayed on the. Phone with me and talked me through how to do it.
When we had finished that I asked about my ISA that I had with you and she advised me to change to the latest version as I could get a better interest rate. She then helped me with this.
She was so helpful and patient with me as I am not very savvy with these things!

I'm not one for tech, but everything on the Paragon website was clearly explained and I was able to amend details on my account.

Easy to open account with good security. When needing to contact by phone, the main line wasn't working but another department promised someone would contact me within 48 hours and this was done.

Just do easy. I've been with Paragon for several years and have complaints or problems.

On occasions when I have contacted the bank by telephone I have managed to get through within a short space of time. Advisers I spoke to have always been friendly, polite and very helpful. Mostly I manage my account on line and find their web site easy to use.

Simple process. Clear guidance.

The information about the products was clear.
I was given options for payment that suited me.
I was told the money had been received and the documents were sent by email sooner than expected.

Dealt with Paragon over many years. Never had a problem. Just changed from an easy Isa, fixed poor rate, to a fixed reasonable rate of 4.40%.

Disappointed with personal service. I could not see transfer instructions on the maturity instructions on my isa. I sent a secure note asking them to transfer the interest to my nominated bank account on maturity and gave the name of the building society I was transferring to. Although I asked for acknowledgement of the request it was never sent. The interest did not get paid in accordance with my instructions and was transferred with the principal. Too automated and lack of personal service.

I rung up because I was having trouble opening a new ISA because my old one had matured the lady was very helpful and talked through it . It was very simple and quick

It was so easy and straightforward to move my old ISA to one which offered a better interest rate.
