A bit disappointed that your double access savings is only paying 3.2% when Ford is paying 3.92% for an unrestricted access account.

Fantastic Telephone Operator.
Telephone operator (was it Gracie?) was superb.
Not only did she assist me in getting online to complete an important transaction but she was also able to help me transfer my account to a better- earning one, all in one phone-call! She should in the
front position for promotion (I was a teacher-trainer at University of London before I retired).

Was advised account was due to mature. Put in place a transfer request. Received an acknowledgement. This morning received a secure message to say no instruction had been received of action to take on maturity. Shambles.

The instructions about what to do when the investment reaches maturity are very clear and the steps required easy and logical. If only all savings websites were as straightforward investors would be considerably happier bunnies.

Every time I contact Paragon I speak to a person, which means a lot. Not only a person, but one who has time and patience to navigate my investments, talking me through the process. I wouldn't invest anywhere else because of the service it provides, which is excellent.

My ISA matured yesterday
My ISA matured yesterday, and I would have thought Paragon would have transferred the matured funds to an external provider as it has better rates of return by today.

We're sorry to hear that your ISA maturity experience did not meet your expectations. When an ISA matures, we can only transfer funds in line with the instructions provided by the account holder. We don't automatically transfer to another provider, as this requires your consent and in many case, a transfer request to be completed.
We'd like to look into this further. We've contacted you via Trustpilot to request some additional information so that we can locate your account, discuss what has happened, and discuss the options available to you.

Used many ISA providers over the years , and this is the worst. Customer Services are the most unhelpful ,evasive and ignorant people Ihave encountered. Isa matured today, but was moved into easy access ,low interest account even though instructions were given 14 days ago for Isa to transferred on maturity. NOT HAPPY !!
