Τα προϊόντα μας προμηθεύονται αποκλειστικά από επίσημους διανομείς των αντίστοιχων μαρκών. Είναι σημαντικό να διευκρινίσουμε ότι οι έμποροι δεν προμηθεύονται πάντα απευθείας από την ίδια τη μάρκα. Πολλές μάρκες λειτουργούν μέσω του επίσημου δικτύου διανομής τους, ενώ οι διανομείς στη συνέχεια προμηθεύουν διαφορετικούς εμπορικούς συνεργάτες. Για τον λόγο αυτό, είναι απολύτως πιθανό μια μάρκα να μην διαθέτει πληροφορίες για κάθε ξεχωριστό έμπορο με τον οποίο συνεργάζονται οι επίσημοι διανομείς της.

Κατανοούμε πλήρως την ανησυχία σας, ωστόσο δηλώνουμε κατηγορηματικά ότι δεν διαθέτουμε μη αυθεντικά προϊόντα. After a detailed investigation, it was officially confirmed that your parcel had been lost by the courier company. We understand how disappointing this situation was, and we are sorry that you had to experience such a delay.

Please note that you were correctly informed about the case, and all our shipments are insured. As soon as we received the official confirmation from the courier company that the parcel was lost, we immediately proceeded with the refund of the full amount.

We acted as quickly as possible according to the established procedures, as the refund could only be processed after the courier company completed its investigation and confirmed the loss.

Η διαφορά στις ενδείξεις επάνω στη συσκευασία ή στο μπουκάλι δεν σημαίνει ότι το προϊόν δεν είναι γνήσιο. Πολλές διεθνείς μάρκες παράγουν και διανέμουν τα προϊόντα τους για διαφορετικές αγορές, γι’ αυτό μπορεί να υπάρχουν διαφοροποιήσεις στη γλώσσα, στις ετικέτες ή στις πληροφορίες που αναγράφονται στη συσκευασία. Σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις μπορεί να αναγράφονται πληροφορίες και σε αραβική ή άλλη γλώσσα, ανάλογα με την αγορά για την οποία προοριζόταν η συγκεκριμένη παρτίδα.

Κατανοούμε απόλυτα την απορία σας, ειδικά όταν συγκρίνετε το προϊόν με άλλο μπουκάλι που είχατε αγοράσει στο παρελθόν. Ωστόσο, τέτοιες διαφορές στην επισήμανση είναι φυσιολογικές στα αυθεντικά προϊόντα διεθνών brands και δεν επηρεάζουν την ποιότητα ή τη γνησιότητα του προϊόντος.

We would like to clearly assure you that all products sold by Parfimo are original and are purchased only from official distributors of the respective brands. We do not sell counterfeit or non-original products.

Regarding the stickers, barcode labels, QR codes, or other packaging details, these may differ depending on the production batch, destination market, distribution channel, or labeling requirements. Such differences do not automatically mean that a product is not genuine. International fragrance brands may use different packaging versions for different markets, and this can sometimes lead to visible differences between products purchased from different retailers or boutiques.

That said, we take your concern seriously. If you believe there is an issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the photos you mentioned, so we can review the case properly and assist you according to our complaint procedure.
