Excellent service and an excellent product. The only comment I would make is that I wish it was possible to buy spare parts for the 'Pari-o-pep'. I am on my third one now after breaking one s.ection

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
My nebuliser broke down after a god number of years and a lot of daily use. I am so thankful for their speedy delivery of my new nebuliser. I've been using their products for a good number of years and will continue to do so. Especially as they can service the nebulisers too.

I have no problems with the company
I have no problems with the company. My respiratory nurse asked me to buy it to go with me nebuliser. Unfortunately I have a Pari Boy Classic and the menometer is not compatible with it. Can I return it please?

We are sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We've tried to contact you but have had no luck. The PEP S Manometer is compatible with the PEP S and PARI BOY Classic. Please give us a call and we can explain how to use it.
Excellent customer service
I asked to return my purchase because it wasn’t working in the way I was expecting, although I don’t know if there was anything actually wrong with it. Nevertheless Nebicorum readily agreed to refund my payment and did so speedily.

Two problems were quickly resolved
I ordered a week ago and the next day they sent an email to say it’s on its way - but since then no delivery, no eta, nothing. Nebicorum says I can track it on the Shop app but that is the most useless app in history; it just wants to sell me more stuff. Nebicorum should take responsibility for keeping their customers informed and not palm it off on a useless app that fails to do that job
UPDATE: Nebicorum responded swiftly to this post and I was able to find the delivery hidden under the dust sheet of a decorator working for my neighbour. I then found that I had ordered slightly the wrong item and that has been put right, again very promptly. Full credit to Nebicorum for rapidly sorting out both problems so I've amended the star rating from one to four.
