Its a good brand the pari boy nebulisers are good. The eflow I'm not to keen on. The mesh needs replacing regularly and the parts are expensive.

Your computer misloaded our address so…
Your computer misloaded our address so there was a day's delay. Then UPS failed to deliver after 2 days and delivered after 6 days - all for next day delivery at £9+. Worse, we could not track the delivery, nor get a reply from yourself, as the app 'Shop' was the only means of tracking and did not work on our mobile phones. It required lengthy account set up via a QR code and then required an additional QR code and an additional device, going round in a circle. It is apalling not to give an adequate means to contact you, the shipper, or track the package when it is equipment urgently needed after discharge from hospital. I requested a refund of the next day delivery cost via email and you have not responded.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivering your parcel. We strive to please our customers but occasionally there are issues with the courier which are out of our control. We have of course issued a refund for your delivery charge.

We are really sorry to hear this, it's not our usual standard of service. Upon investigation it appears it was delivered on Saturday by Royal Mail so thankfully the item was delivered within the timeframe. We will contact you directly to organise appropriate compensation. Many apologies.

Ordered a Pari Velox and delighted that it is so easy to use and has helped my bronchiectasis following a nasty chest infection. The service was excellent and I received it the following day from ordering and received updates via email. Have since ordered saline nebula's from Nebicorum also delivered the following day.

Things were perfect on the delivery
Things were perfect on the delivery, also speaking to a young lady who I found very helpful.The reason I didn't give a top mark is due to the fact that I was unable to try the product for size,I find this a very strange question then having tried for size was unable to return and get a refund of my money. But was told I could return the goods if I wanted to but would not be getting a refund.

As it is a medical product we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened and this is why we couldn't refund you.

Delivery
Missed a delivery from Royal Mail a couple of times and the item was returned to the depot, they sent it out to my work address at no extra charge so I could make sure so was in. Great service
