Bad service
For the first time, I used this service to have my car picked up at Düsseldorf Airport, parked, and returned to me upon my arrival.
From the beginning, communication was a bit difficult, but I didn’t pay too much attention to it at first. However, upon my return, after collecting my luggage, I called to inform them that I was outside so they could bring my car as agreed.
When I called, the person on the phone started shouting, saying they only speak German or Turkish, and then hung up on me. I ended up waiting outside for more than 30 minutes. During that time, I called again and was told the car was on its way, but the experience was very frustrating.
If you are working with customers at an international airport like Düsseldorf Airport, you should expect that not everyone speaks German or Turkish. English is an international language, and there should be at least one staff member able to communicate politely in English.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
