Hi they phoned me up today abit confused but they explained it to me about my claim. I got confused with the solicitors but they put me in the wright direction thanks

The staff members i spoke to were very helpful and clarified the matter very well, although I am not confident that I believed all that I was told.

Hounded by this company and others. Very cagey when asked if they are calling from the UK. Never had an English accent from these companies. I can only assume they are outsourcing to countries based in Asia. You can tell by the long telephone pause between conversations. My questions when I get a call are 1: what company are you working for. 2: Where are you based. They usually reply London but can't give the address. 3: Name. The telephone numbers are never the same. Suspicious. Just a scam whereby they get your money and give you nothing? Avoid

I gave a 3 star because they have been in touch, but it will be a 5 star if they can get me any compensation
