Very straightforward and easy to deal with

Had a scam call from these yesterday and have since realised they scammed me out of all my personal info. Avoid avoid avoid!!! I’ll be taking this much further.

Spam calls claiming they are verifying your ongoing miss-sold PCP claim on behalf of PK Law. Their company will send you the agreement across and state they are not taking any commission they are simply being instructed by my finance company to finalise the claim. I explained several times to their advisors and supervisors that I have independently make a claim through the FCA redress scheme and I do not wish for a third party company to do this on my behalf. They try to trick you in to signing the agreement stating they are not taking any commission but when you read the agreement they are indeed taking commission from your claim which is 30% plus VAT of your overall payout. I have asked their company where they have obtained my contact details, name and personal details and as soon as I ask this question they end the call. I am assuming they are simply trying to catch people out in a way to get a cut from your payout. Please please please be vigilant when this company calls you.

I'd rate this a minus experience if I could. Despite me having made my PCP claim with another company I was barraged with phone calls from Parker Kerrigan. I'm talking calls every 10 minutes, being reassured that they were handling the next stage in my claim, and listening to 'advisors' who spoke so quickly and with accents I barely understood. Being transferred to a 'Senior' member of staff who pushed me so hard I didn't know what to do or say. These are bullying tactics and I don't want anyone else to get caught up in their trap.

I have been absolutely hounded by this company, daily calls telling me I’ve been awarded £1000s and I just need to sign a link and the monies will be paid. Unfortunately the signature link is a letter of authority for them to make a claim on my behalf. The agents are argumentative and I have blocked umpteen numbers only for them to call the next day from a different one. Absolutely shocking and unethical, I can’t understand how they have a 4* rating, I’d have given 0 if I could.
